the girl who took my order was so rude she was having a full conversation on the phone while taken my order… I was not satisfied then she was trying to charge me for water ! Worst experience she needs to have a talk to ! The whole time she was on the phone how unprofessional.

We are from Mobile Alabama and we’re in town for our Corporate Summit for Lenny’s Grill & Subs and wanted to grab a quick lunch before hitting the road. We drove past the Smackers location Hwy 64 and decided to give it a try. We had never heard of Smackers, much less eaten at one. Walking in was impressive, the store was clean and well decorated! The staff was extremely helpful in our decision making and clearly knew their brand well! We had a seat and spoke to a few locals who sang the praises. Shortly we received our order and man were those praises validated! If I’m ever in the area again I will make it a priority to stop back in!! Thank you for a great experience!

When you come here, you won't be disappointed people! The food here is worth every dollar. I'm so proud of my sister and niece, they got this place off the chain. FYI my niece is a true cook, so don't be surprised if you end up nipping your fingers eating!!!
So we get to this place and it opens at 11am. They say they aren't taking orders for a hour because they have a catering order. I'm home visiting over Christmas so I wanted to try this place. Guess not lol. How are you not able to take orders when your business is open?... Even if you have to bring in a extra person that's what you do. That's ridiculous ? ?

Highland location opened about an hour late, food wasn’t ready at the first nor second time I was told through a text by the owner that it would be, salmon was bland & not seasoned at all. Definitely was able to tell that it was a rushed job. If you can’t open on time nor have online orders prepared correctly maybe ordering online ahead of time shouldn’t be an option for customers. If I hadn’t paid online I would’ve left once I knew the door was still locked after opening time

I ordered Smackers for the first time tonight and it made me feel dumb for not trying it sooner. My sister and I ordered the smack burger combos with seasoned fries. That burger was huge. The fries were perfect. The only thing that would’ve made it better is more smack sauce. Food was 10/10. Will be coming back soon!
