I’ve been to this Smoothie King a few times and the service is always so wonderful! From the ordering experience to the first sip, everything is fantastic. I give this entire team five stars for every single staff and their kind customer service! Plus the smoothies always smash (in the best way)!

I went to this location 9/16. for some reason this time and the time before when they scanned my app it made a sound and I didnt get the receipt. however, when I pulled off I checked the app's transactions and nothing was there and even the reward I went to spend hadn't been touched. I called and asked to speak with a manager/supervisor to explain what keeps happening. the worker tells me that they don't get trained on the app and if it don't work there's nothing that can be done. The reason I decided to have smoothie king was because of the reward. Anyway I haven't heard from the manager. I just stopped by and he's not in. oh yeah on the 16th the worker asked for my contact info so she could have the manager contact me.

I never visited Smoothie King due to the reviews of ingredients not being fresh. Always did Tropical Smoothie, never had an issue with fresh. Heard about the Smoothie Bowls in May & decided to go there. Fresh ingredients for the first 5 visits, the 6th visit, looked like the strawberries had been sitting overnight in juice & they tasted old. Called manager was offered to make another one, did not take it, just called to tell them to check it. 2 days later tried it again, same thing bad fruit. Didn't go for 2 weeks & visited this morning, SAME THING! $11.51 for an item is too much to NOT get what you want.MGR. should realize you go to a places like that for fresh. Use fresh fruit if you are going to display the fruit on top of of the menu item. I will try the new one on Whitten Rd once they open, until then back to Tropical Smoothie. Last photo is first time I got Smoothie Bowl you can clearly see the difference in the Strawberries

Very rude. Debit card machine was not working, I informed I had a 100 dollar bill. “We can’t break that” well you also can’t take debit cards right now. So for the Inconvenience take this bill. I was told no.

Waited in line for 20 minutes before I had to leave to avoid being late for work. There were only 3 cars in front of me.

A smoothie king manager called me and promised I would have a pleasant guest experience and that they were shortly having a meeting over the matter. Later that day or the next I tried smoothie king one last time. I've been going here everyday sometimes 3 times a day for a year. The women in the shop were so rude and unfriendly I felt compelled to call. The manager was not there anymore. I explained the issue and the employee who had answers the phone said I'm sorry yes we're having a meeting about that but did not acknowledge I should be treated more respectfully. This is becoming really frustrating negative and difficult and I cannot go here anymore. I tried. It's a negative environment for me. I just want to pick up my smoothie without those people making my day worse or put me in a bad mood. I think they decided to be rude to me so I would no longer come. It worked. I'm really disgusted no one could help me with this issue since I go a lot and have asked for help many times. I suppose smoothie king no longer wants me as a customer and I am saddened but feel it's for the best to oblige.

Went to get a smoothie for a sweet healthy dessert at 8:45pm (open til 9pm per door), to find the doors locked with staff standing around playing on their phones.
