Don't go here! Customer service is terrible. I asked them to remake the smoothie that they messed up and it took forever for them to come back to the front and I looked at it kind of funny because it was really watery. I just took it and left and it has white stuff in it and if I get sick I'm going to sue them. They are really disgusting in a low quality restaurant I don't recommend

Smoothie King has been one of my favorite places to grab a healthy meal replacement of snack. Last night I went through the drive thru at this location and ordered the Cocoa Haze Acia bowl. When we got to the window the girl asked me if I was eating it in the car or later. I told her at home since I am driving . She said we have one already in the freezer made but I can make you a new one, I said great. Well I should have looked at it and tasted it before I left because the fruit was spoiled and rotten. The whole bowl tasted horrible. And this was my Favorite treat! And of course did not want to drive all the way back to the store, no one should have to that ever.Extremely disappointed. I will never use this location again.

The smoothie bowl is really good! I would still prefer the smoothie, but the bowl is very sweet, tasty, and good! The smoothie bowl is a pretty decent size too. Great Smoothie King to go to as well! ?

I went to this new location of Smoothie King on Whitten Road, and I had an amazing experience. The manager here, Anthony, provided awesome customer service: He asked for my name when taking my order and addressed me as such at the window, which was a pleasant surprise, as I’ve never had that done before at any Smoothie King. I ordered a 20 oz Vegan Coffee Mocha, and he suggested that I tried peanut butter in it. His suggestion was such a great addition to this smoothie, and the peanut butter completely leveled up the flavor profile of the Vegan Coffee Mocha!! Overall, I had such a great experience at this Smoothie King location and will definitely be back. Anthony is a great choice for management! Thank you again!
I went there this morning to try the new smoothie bowl out they made my order wrong , when I corrected them the two young ladies had an attitude. They need to teach these young girls about customer service.

worst customer service i have experienced, The manager was so rude to the employee's there was a girl who had messed up on the juices and i understand she's probably new or she just made a mistake and the manager is being so rude to her telling her " i know i trained you , i trained everyone the same way i train you so why do you keep messing up" and it looked like the girl was about to cry such a disgusting manager not only that but i came in about a week later and a girl was asking for the Wi-Fi password minding you on the door it says free Wi-Fi and once again the disgraceful manager had said " if everyone had access to free Wi-Fi then its going to slow down the POS system and then continuously update the Wi-Fi" i have went to the Arlington Smoothie king and the Lakeland Smoothie king and never have i ever heard such a rude and disgusting manager talk like this to kids !! and no one has investigated it or how the Manger is never at the store going on vacations!!!. Last but not least again this manager has no filters the bathroom's are closed to the public so customers cant go, one time i actually talked to the manager and he said they were employee only but while im sitting down i overhear him saying he doesn't pay people to go to the bathroom! im very concerned about this location and how its operating the staff there are very nice and make me feel welcomed but the management there is very corrupt and makes me wonder what is happening behind closed doors! For the safety of the teens working there i feel like someone should look into this matter because this manager was not trained right and should be demoted ASAP.
