Come on Kroger!! 14 deep in the self checkout line and there is a bank of 6 self-checkout that aren't even open!! Come on, Kroger!! Josh and Andrew would never stand for this! I know, you don't have enough people to watch the other self-checkout lanes. Well, talk to other Kroger stores in the area. I have been in Kroger stores where one person managed 10-12 self-checkout registers - 2 banks of them. Please! Would a competitor please open a store in this area?!?!

this place is disgusting. I moved in down the street about 3 years ago and it hasn't changed a bit. If I'm in a rush I MIGHT stop here to get a bag of cheese or chips or something but would NEVER buy anything vegetables, meats etc. If you're not there within the first hour or two of them opening there will not be any carts available. The parking lots stays trashed and the inside is always filthy. Do yourself a favor and turn around to the Kroger on Poplar, it's a little better. Or become a member at Costco, but only if you are not one of the customers who contributes to the absolute mess that this place is. Us Costco members don't your kind ruining something we have that is nice and clean. Kroger, you better send in some reinforcements and train your staff to do their damn job. this is so unacceptable.

All departments except the deli!! That mean man in the deli department who I don't believe like his job, he is funny because he is faithfully there to serve (in which I am grateful) but he is just so mean lol. I love this neighborhood Kroger

My wife was in line to check out an almost full cart. She was in line for several minutes then when she was second in line the young lady checking people out turned to the remaining customers and said I'm done you will have to self check out. This was Thursday around 8:00 pm. Needless to say we will not go back to this store. Sad Kroger is our only choice.

Good lay out. Good produce. Good prices. I grew up to Kroger. My friends worked here. This location is convenient, right off the interstate 240. There avocados are big. Their selection is great. But they lack in the meat department when it comes to steak and different cuts. Upgrade there and then there's no reason this place wouldn't compete with anybody.

If you can possibly fill your prescriptions somewhere else, do it. Every interaction I've had with anyone besides pharmacists has been rude as hell. That includes on the phone. Tell me why it takes 2-3 days for a transfer when I work at a Walgreens and transfer prescriptions myself in 2 hours... All of the staff thinks they're better than their customers which makes them stuck up and rude. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO MY WORST ENEMY.

Amazing Curbside Pick-up Experience. 5+ stars for Mikale. All my order was not pulled and he graciously made it right. Extra work for him. He has always been so polite and efficient when I have had dealings with him. Kroger you have an exceptional employee!!

Horrible location. Worst customer service in life. I own stock in this company and I'm ashamed to after visiting this store! They literally treated me like a criminal after I lost my iPad in the store. Not to mention lack of enthusiasm by the older workers. If you don't want your job please quit so someone that needs the job can get it! I would rather be greeted with a smile than an attitude any day!!! The incompetent customer service agent didn't know what "find my iPhone" was and kicked me out of the store for trying to use an employees phone to use the feature to find my device before I left the store. I've complained to every level of management and it only gets sadder. This store is a monument of the past. It's like I walked into 1968! Needless to say I will be taking my stock holdings out of their company and focusing on the future like with stores like Whole Foods and amazon. Also, I suggest anyone to shy away from this particular location if you want a pleasant experience when shopping! Security will literally follow you around the entire time!

The Lady at self-checkout was very nice and helpful. We couldn't get a coupon to work on our account so she came over and helped apply it even while being busy with other customer demands

The customer service at this location is nonexistent. I have had several issues but today topped them all. After waiting far too long at the deli counter I decided to give up and just get prepackaged sandwich meat. As I was walking away one of the workers behind the counter(who had previously not acknowledged my presence) decided to argue with me about not waiting for them to serve me. I guess I will have to find another place for groceries.

I want to give credit when credit is due. We had a baby shower on June 2, 2018. I ordered kids trays for the children's station and activity tables so that the children would have their own foods they like. We ordered the PB&J Sandwiches with gummy worms Party Tray, the Dirt and Worms Party Tray (sour and regular gummy worms, broken Oreos vanilla and chickadee pudding) and the Fruit and Dip tray (sliced oranges, pineapple chunks, strawberries, two kinds of grapes and fruit dip). THESE TRAYS WAS A BIG HIT!!! Not only did they do an excellent job preparing those kids trays, Ms Martha from the deli area called me and confirmed my order and asked how I wanted them prepared to my specifications. And ready ON TIME...!!! These trays were on the Kroger website under kids and they were an excellent choice for all the children at the event. We had 15+ kids there. I suggest these would also be perfect for children's birthday parties and sleep overs. Easy! They had fun serving their own foods and all the food was gone...

We just left Kroger so disappointed. I have never experienced such terrible service. We got a few items. Mind I tell you we come here all the time. We have no problems with the self check out. When we went to self check out we used the register by the the main computer where the clerk stands. Anyways , we scanned all of our items & once we were going to pay the machine started to act weird. It wouldn't read my boyfriends card. This machine never does this. So the clerk has the audacity to say that it was it was our card. He then told me to stop touching the bags and to stop bagging . He said you can't take the groceries if your card doesn't go through. We never have this problem. He was so rude to us. The customers behind us were like "what the heck is his problem?" He gave them attitude as well. He kept insisting that the machine worked. But it didn't , so we had to use this alternative pay machine at the clerks computer. He didn't even apologize to us nor did he say "Have a good day" very disappointed in krogers service. They need to hire people who are respectful & who are going to greet customers well. The gentleman who "helped" us was named , Vasudev.
