They are SO mean! Why? They ruin the experience before you get to the food. They don't appreciate you coming and don't want you to return. It was like walking into a detention cafeteria. I wouldn't go back if the food was free. They really seem to be mad people are showing up. Jeez that atmosphere is oddly cold and angry.

I went in this place to place my order. I walked in spoke to owner at front table.she didn’t respond but did say she’ll be with me in a minute…never proceeded to take my order…she was doing something at the other table. Never took my order. I walked out, and as I was walking out, more people on the way out noticed and said how rude she is and says this wasn’t the first time she was rude.

The lady at the front sitting on the stool is the face of this business and she has the nastiest attitude ever! If you don’t want to work in Customer Service and take orders then find something else to do. There is no need to be nasty and rude for no reason. Without your Consumers your business will die. She needs an attitude adjustment. I don’t care how good your food is if your service is terrible. And I’m sure she’s probably the owner.

I ordered Big Bone Buffalo fish and was so disappointed. The fish was not fresh, no season. The fact I had to wait in my car was a turn off. Yes, the lady at the front door was not pleasant. Not worth a return visit.

I love Southwinds that the only place I go to and get my fish but two weeks ago the fish were recook and burned oaks were harder and old.that the only problems I have had since I been going to Southwinds for almost 13 yrs.Yes this time I were very disappointed.

I ordered honey hot whole wings, fries, with a extra piece of whiting and it did not disappoint. The portions are worth the price. The wing sauce was delicious and were fried perfectly. It was a large piece of whiting fried perfectly. Now I do think the fish could’ve had a little more seasoning but I’m heavy hanging with the seasonings. All in all it’s worth the price and I’d definitely order again.

The food wasn't bad. So it wasn't great either. So many places to eat with new experiences all around I'll have to pass on going back to this one. The lady up front was rude. Go back to the door marked pick up is what she rudely said. Pandemic is over yet she gave me a look of disgust because she was wearing a mask and no one else has worn a mask in over a year.Good luck to them. To each his own this was just my experience
