“I really liked this restaurant. The idea of a meal made totally up of tapas is a great idea. For our group we ordered a bunch to share. This included Croquetas De Jamon Serrano, Octopus, Patatas Bravas, Pimientos Albondigas De. Corero, Gambas Garbanzos, Grilled Bread and several others. Favorites were the octopus (has a very nice spice kick), pork tenderloin, lamb meatballs, gazpacho and garbanzos. The drinks were okay, but not great, including the sangria and a strange drink called an Everything The Light Touches which was not what was expected. Expected something close to an old fashioned and it is actually more of a desert drink with lots of cream and little bourbon flavor at all. What was good from a drink standpoint was the wine list. We had the Herencia Altes Garnatxa Negra, and it was excellent, especially for the price. From our group experience, skip the drinks, get a bottle of Spanish wine and you will be much happier and spend less. This is not your typical everybody get an entree restaurant, which makes it a great change of pace. Really liked it. One added complement for our server Chablis. One member of our party is allergic to garlic. Chablis made it a point to get the information on every item that either did not contain garlic or that garlic was in the sauce and could be served on the side. This made it a great experience for our no garlic friend as well.“

“Usually I don't like to give reviews, neither good nor bad, but as a coastal catracho that I am and I know authentic coastal food from HONDURAS, I can say that the chef oh chef of the ceiba restaurant is doing a perfect job until now, the roast beef, the chicken fried with slices, the corn and flour cakes, the baliadas are super authentic and not to mention the Rice and beans in coconut super perfect just like the islanders and Garifunas roast it if you miss HONDURAS there is no reason to miss the food because in the restaurant ceiba can be found and authenticated. please keep up that great job guys thank you for that good food...“

“We went during brunch on a Sunday. I didn’t realize it is a hotel lobby restaurant but that’s on me because I could have looked at the photos to determine that and just didn’t. That being said the pictures I did see make it look way nicer than it is in reality. It’s nice for a hotel lobby restaurant. Lots of different seating options. The menu excited me the most and it did not disappoint! We had the deviled eggs appetizer, wedge salad, and Mediterranean burger. Not a single miss on the food. Portions are big and full of flavors. The fries had a bit too much salt for my particular taste but probably not for the general public. Our server provided minimal attention at first but as more people were sat in the section around us we got more check ins. They were friendly and got the job done. 18% is automatically added to the bill so we didn’t add any extra because that amount is what we would have chosen based on the service.“
