I am in hospital have had no coffee until now so have gotten 2 orders for coffee both unacceptable but the second was the worst …. IT WAS COLD AND NOT THE DARKEST ROAST LIKE I ORDERDED . So sad that you treat hospital patients like that .and charge them so much for cold coffee.Dietary restrictions: I can have heavy cream, I tolerate it much better. It says you have cream but did not .
