Everyone at this starbucks is always so kind and friendly and bubbly! They really make the experience. Alyssa particularly makes my day everytime I see her there! She's so fast and good at her job while still being so cheerful!
This starbucks has the best service around! The baristas are so friendly and efficient - my two favorite qualities :) the seating here in the atrium of the 910 Madison Building on the UTHSC Campus/ Hamilton Eye Institute is fabulous too. Absolutely recommend this Starbucks next time you need a caffeine pick me up!

I love this Starbucks!!!? The friendly environment. The staff has soooo much compassion. My sandwich drop on the floor ( bomber right?) their asks was no worries and fix me another?. In this crazy world sometimes it's the small things like a little kindness. Can make someone day.Thanks crew for all thaty'all do.
