Excellent service. Excellent coffee. Excellent food. Well, mannered staff. They attend to your needs. Very clean environment and the customers and the staff all are very polite and respectful would recommend out of any Starbucks in the Memphis area 5 out of 5 stars.
My drink is wrong almost every time I go!! I ordered a grande white chocolate mocha with almond milk! I couldn’t see it until after I pulled out and removed the sleeve. One time they gave me a cup of sweet cream- that’s it! Straight sweet cream! This is like the 3rd time this has happened! ?

First time I'm going to this location. I order a sandwich and a lemon loaf. They handed me a frozen lemon loaf cake. when I asked if it could be warmed up for maybe 5 seconds.They said no.It's against their policy. Then the owner said the reason why it's frozen, because it was just removed from the freezer. SMH!! 1st time and last time at this location.

I don’t know who they have for their weekend shifts, but the service is trash and I won’t return. I’ve given this location multiple chances, but it’s always worse on the weekends. I will gladly drive the extra distance to Southaven because Whitehaven needs to get it together. If you don’t like your job, stay at home; that simple!

The girl working the window tonight has a bad attitude and doesn’t want to work. I asked for an iced shaken expresso and to line the cup with caramel, but was given a cup full of what looked like water & milk with no sign of caramel and no ice & she had the audacity to ask me what was wrong with it. I requested that someone else make it and it came out the same way, they definitely need more training at this location, but finding another job if you don’t like being a barista would be better.
