Extremely disappointed. I used to go Subway all the time but stopped in favor of Lenny's and Jimmy John's. Decided to dot the door and they apparently have changed how they toast their sandwiches. This particular location toasted the bread along with the meat, cheese, onions and bell peppers at once. The cheese wasn't melted and the sandwich was not hot when I got to my destination. Prior to this practice the meat and cheese was in the micro first, then added to the bread and put back in the microwave. Need to go back to that practice.

I attempted to go to the Subway on Austin Peay in Memphis so I called to see if they would accept the coupon mailed to me and after ringing 5 minutes I hung up called again and the guy who answered the phone answered it like it was his personal phone by saying hello...I asked is this Subway? he then said yes but I've got customers so you gotta come in and HUNG UP THE DAMN PHONE!!! Subway you can keep you coupons and subs I will NEVER set foot back in your stores! Thank you for the BAD customer service! This happened July 26, 2023 at 1:52 pm.

2 days we came back to back to be shooed away minutes before they close we have no car and are at a convention with barely any money. I suggest taking business elsewhere

I would give negative -5 stars but I can't. If you see the manage a tall light skinned man keep walking. He is terrible at making sandwiches and he closes the store early. The sign says 6 so if you are not there by 5 go to Jimmy Johns. better yet if you see him in there just keep walking. His attitude is horrible! I dont see how the owners let this man run their business!!!

Closes at 6:00 but locked the door before we got there at 5:45. Shameful. Fortunately, Jimmy John’s was open and happy to make us a sandwich.
Second time I experienced horrible service from the dark haired Indian girl with a nose ring. The first I ordered a tuna on flatbread and asked that for tomatoes and the cheese to be melted first and then put the tuna on ( I do not care for the tuna to be heated). This really confused her. After the third attempt to explain what I thought was simple, the other guy stepped in and confirmed what I wanted and she just stopped and said you just do it. He apologized and was very nice and finished. She just walked to the back with an attitude. I was so nice. She was so rude. Today, I came home (live in building next door) and wanted a quick salad. She asked me what I wanted while the guy she was helping was still speaking regarding his toppings. I was unsure if I was to answer and speak over him or what. When he paused I said, "I just want a salad." She said, "no more salads" and continued helping help to the register. Then she looked at me like I killed her best friend and said nothing, so I said while starring at all the salad ingredients in front of me and the salads on the menu, "I am sorry, do you not serve them anymore or something? I am confused." Again, very rudely she said, "no! No more tonight, I already counted." I said, "what?" I said are you closing or something? She said, "yes in five minutes." It was 6:20 and I came home and looked at the hours and it looks like they stay open until 7. With 40 minutes left I still cannot understand why I am home eating cereal when I wanted a salad and all the ingredients were in front of both our faces. Sadly, this subway sucks due to one very rude employee who needs a job doing something she likes as this apparently is not it for her. Is she not there until close to serve the food on the menu so the store makes a profit? Living next door, and downtown where getting my car out means down the elevator into the garage around in circles and into town for food, this subway would have seen a lot of me just because I would walk out my building to them. However, I would rather drive anywhere than accept spending money somewhere I am treated this way. I will not return.

Rude employees, bread on my sandwich was torn. Cookies were stale. The employees are not friendly and it seemed like they avoided speaking or acknowledging both times I've been here the past week. I'll go to the wrap place next door next time.
