I have both ordered in person and ordered online for pickup at this location at least 10 times over the past 3 months. All 10 times sucked and I will not be coming back.What you will experience if you order at this location in person:* Rude staff that will act like you are asking them to pull out one of their teeth and put it on as a topping when they are putting on the sandwich what you told them what to.* Them turning you away 50% of the time due to whatever reason* When asking for extra of a veggie ingredient, staff will have the attitude like it is coming out of their paycheck or fridge* Like another person commented they have rap playing loudly tooWhat you will experience if you order online:* If you pay for extra meat, they will only give you what was suppose to come on the sandwich without you paying for extra.* You will still get attitude when you pick up your sandwich* They will give you even less veggies than specified if you have ordered in person.* Example: I pretty much only get pickles as a veggie topping for my sandwich. I wanted the sandwich to be at 30% pickle on an online order in the notes. I open my sandwich to only find 5 pickles total on a $14 dollar sandwich. This was directly ordering from the Subway website. So Uber Eats wasn't taking the extra money.Disclaimer: The above review is my opinion based on my experience at this Subway location and not based on facts.

Dude did not look like he appreciated me coming in today to order a sub… he was NOT friendly….he actually had anger written across his face….bread was not fresh either…..I would recommend out-of-towners to avoid this particular store….

Do they make a habit of hiring the worst possible candidates they can find? I NEVER have a positive experience at this location. The lady today focused so much on complaining about how she didn’t want to be there that she completely messed my order up. I will just drive a few more blocks to the location on poplar now because I’m not dealing with them and their attitudes any more. This is ridiculous.

So this is actually my 2nd time eating at this location. The first time my bread was hard and the second time as well. I called numerous times but never got an answer. This is just unacceptable. Mind you, i never get my bread toasted, so there's no need for it to hard a rock. When i spend my money, i want quality food and this wasn't it. That Subway will not get my business ever again.

This place is terrible. Rude tatted guy working there looked like he was just paroled.We were told there was no restroom for customers. That's both unsanitary and I'm pretty sure illegal in Memphis.As he made our sandwiches he was rude and rushed us.Electricity was partially off and sandwiches couldn't be toasted.This place is a disaster and I'll never return.

If I can give a 0 I would. I stop in here today was about to be served by a gentleman. While he was fixing my sandwich I ask about restroom, he told me restroom was out of service, I told him last time I stop here they said the same thing. So lightskin woman worker with orange hair told him not to serve me since I told them I would be giving a bad review again because of the situation with restroom. I ask her her name and she refuse to give it to me telling me she would be changing her hair color to red tomorrow since I was writing a bad review on her unprofessional bad attude.

Absolutely horrible service The lady in the front with the clown make up on doesn't have enough on to cover up the ugly attitude. I asked for more cheese for my philly an she told me it was enough an that she will charge me for more but that's all ima get. So please do not go to this disrespectful establishment. She flirted with the man an was all smiles before me but I couldn't get the same service.?

I just got the most horrible service from this location because unbeknownst to me, the young lady couldn’t hear what I was saying. When I told her that I had said my bread already ms thing went clean off. Black girl with dreads. Stank attitude for no reason. I mean she had several OPTIONS if she couldn’t hear me.Such as:I’m sorry can you speak a little louder please?Im sorry did you say…xyz?Can you repeat your order?Any of those would have been acceptable. But to get an attitude and start throwing cheese at a sandwich is immature and uncalled for. She either needs some training or a new job.If I were only rating the sandwich it would be five stars but her attitude was horrible. The sandwich was amazing because she walked away and let the other guy finish dressing my sandwiches and he was a lot more polite and personable.

Server let us order our sandwiches before telling us the lobby had been shut down by the health department! Wow seriously! If you can’t let people eat in your restaurant, you shouldn’t be allowed to serve food.
