Older lady has a nasty attitude and the fries had a chemical taste and found hair in my food. I was going to go back but the lady was short with me I just threw it out and said forget. Please don’t go to this one!
Desmond was fantastic. My food was fresh the customer service was exceptional. Bravo.. the best Taco Bell that I’ve visited thus far.

I didn't see anybody inside, so I'm assuming they're not letting you go in to order. I waited in the drive-through for five minutes and not one car left. I was so far back that I was able to leave without even pulling out of line.

Today I arrived at the Taco Bell and placed my order. They delivered my order. I was missing a cold coffee. I asked for it and then the person serving at the window gave me only the coffee with ice and to finish it he reluctantly gave it to me. I heard one of his co-workers. He told him that that was not what I asked for but

Absolutely the WORST Taco Bell location in the Bartlett area ONCE again 8 supreme tacos no lettuce , broken and destroyed shells, 3 had tomatoes the rest only had meat and loads of cheese !!! W.T.F feels like once these night managers come in all quality and service leaves right out the window !!I ordered 8 supreme hard shell tacos and 2 chicken chalupas and asked for all the sauces before making it to the window yet I only Got 6 in total ! The manager or whoever asked me to email them when this happened last time but no response no nothing from the so called support team ! Avoid this location I’d be scared to complain and ask for a remake I wouldn't trust to eat the food after that !!0/10 rating across board

If you get one correct order or ate not treated rudely please post on here. Ride female at the window that was rude when I corrected the Pepsi she gave me when I ordered a Diet. And always check your order. Even if you are the only customer on site they will still get your order wrong.
