I was at this Taco Location on Tuesday Evening, March 5, 2024. I ordered one Nachos Belle Grande and two soft Tacos and "Hot" Sauce.When I got home and remove my purchase from the bag, I found two wrapped bureto like tacos and a Nachos Belle Grande thay consisted of solid Nachos on top and mini Nacho flakes & crumbs in the middle and on the bottom. It seemed as if they preparere used a last portion of Nachos froma nearly empty bag and did not think to open a fresh bag of Nachos to place all solid Nacho Chips in the dish.Even though I asked for Hot Sauce, the lady at the window.put several pouches of mild sauce in the bag. On the other hand, the speed of service was okay.

I visited this location tonight and ordered a power bowl no rice nor beans repeated that twice as it showed on the screen, also ordered a Doritos taco Gordita crunch. There was rice in my bowl and a regular taco shell in my Gordita crunch which I paid the difference for. I’ve called this location 3x tonight to let them know about my order no one answered the phone . I should’ve left when I asked them to give me a second to place the order and someone else got on the speaker as If rushing me to place my order. Very unprofessional and unpleasant experience.

I just had the worst experience with food from this location, I ordered 2 chicken power bowls neither of them came with the guacamole but no big deal we were still going to enjoy. It was when we started to actually eat that we realized the rice wasn’t cooked AT ALL!!!! We assumed it was maybe just a few bites but no, both bowls were inedible sort of tasted like we were trying to chew pebbles.

I ordered a Mexican pizza combo pizza tasted like fumes I threw it out..I called no answer to cold and icy to go back tonight I’m calling Human Resources this is rediculous how they charge and food this

The cashier Alexis was super nice and sweet, I ordered a Mexican pizza no tomatoes add black bean and yes I wanted the refried beans as well. The first one was wrong I took it back inside and the tall gentle with dreads I’m assuming the manager was so rude to me and had a horrible attitude and the second pizza was so ugly and horrible I was to upset to even take it back. He makes this place awful to go his attitude is always ugly
I'm not sure what's going on in this area or at this location but we went to this Taco Bell a week or so ago and went home to enjoy our food just to find out that someone stole our credit card info. They tried to purchase something from fashion nova and an air bnb the next day. So be cautious going to this location and going through the drive through handing them your card. We have called Taco Bell corporate and reached out to Hospitality Memphis LLC but no one returned our calls.

My taco bell account got hacked and someone placed an order to this store and set the delivery address to this store which didn't make sense. I tried to call and cancel but no one picked up. I am looking for a refund.
