This is one of the worst Taco Bell’s in the area. The service we get there is always bleak, like no one wants to be there and doesn’t care if the food is right. Just send it out and hope we don’t notice until we get home. Not gonna give them a chance to take more of my money to pay these useless employees.

One of the best taco bells that are still left in Memphis. Food is always fresh and service is great. Depends on the area of town you go. I've been to some nice areas of town and there taco bells suck like the one on Union Ave. You go there and there always out of everything you want. You go to the bad areas of town and everything is bad food and service like the one at Frayser Blvd. So it's like you never know what your going to get and waste your money.

This is the cleanest Taco Bell I have ever seen. It was spotless . The staff here really takes pride in their workspace . The staff was friendly and our food was not a sloppy mess like most other Bells .Give these guys a raise ...they deserve it.
This store seemed to be in total disorganization. We got in line at the drive-through and waited probably at least 5 minutes and not 1 car moved. We decided to go in and order and we waited for over 20 min just for a bean/cheeses burrito and a chicken burrito. We asked about the order a few times and they asked the name and then disappeared. They never gave us any estimate of when it might be ready or explanation. The guy that was repairing the soft drink machine ordered at the same time we did and got his order immediately. The entire time we were there I only saw 1 car in the drivethrough get their order and the inside was packed and there was no movement of orders except the guy I mentioned. I will never go back to this site.

I walked in to place my order for two BRC burritos and 29 minutes later and a horrible attitude by the employee I walked out. BTW, there was only 1 person waiting to get their order. A serious lack urgency by any of the 5 employees was very obvious. I won't be back to this Taco
