Sent wrong order with a sealed package through Grub Hub and I paid over $20 and Grub Hub will not refund my money. If you seal the contents then noone knows what is in there! Your sneaky little way of playing a joke for someone that does not like their job. I will be contacting corporate and disputing this charge with my cc company! You suck! ..and tell me how do you eat guacamole and cheese sauce with no chips?? And there is always a reply from the owner that they will do better next time with no compensation at all! No need to reply to me Mister..I'll get my money back one way or the other! Went to store since I was in the area next day.. they were very rude to me and laughed at me. There was loud rap music playing in the restaurant with cuss words! Will never go to or order from this location again.

How do they always get SOMETHING wrong? Yesterday the food was correct and I didn't get any sauce or napkins, today, more sauce than I could possibly use, 1 napkin which appeared to be a paper towel from the bathroom, and I got the cheese sauce for my chips, but I didn't get any chips.

It was not clean,floors were very dirty, around the drink area was dirty, three people in there picking up food and it took 25 min plus. Staff were nice but not in any hurry to get food out.

I mean it is taco bell, you aren't going for the quality of the food. The food is usually cold when you get it, but it hits the late night spot in your stomach. Like most post-pandemic things, there was not a quality increase with the price increase.

Somebody forgot to turn the heat, the AC was still running. And while I preferably like the food at Taco Bell the food today was less than desirable. Better luck next time must have just been an off

What appear to be a building full of hood kids playing with your food and it taste like it too.... They were out of strawberry lemonade, sauce and cinnamon twists. The cheese dip taste like nothing and the chips are chemically laced, definitely shouldn't be sold as a food item!!

I would leave 0 stars if I could. I placed an order through the app since it’s “suppose to be easier” and when you place your order, you already pay in advance. Well, I picked in store pick up. For one, the store was locked 1 hour after opening. Second off, I pulled to the drive thru, and the woman stated “we don’t have it” I said “what? It shows on the app it is ready. And paid for.” And she said “well it doesn’t show up in our system.” I said “well, I’ve already paid, you can’t make it?” She said “NOOO! It hasn’t came through our system!” Worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Get better employees

The cashier name Valencia P, told me and my elderly mom when we asked to have our food bagged in separate bags, we had to do it ourselves. At first, I thought she was joking, but she handed me a bag and asked me to get off her drive-thru clock. I was floored it took me more time to bag our food separately, seeing as I was driving and my mom has issues with her hands and was unable to help me. Valencia called the manager, and she lied and told the manager that someone in my car threatened to punch her. Once confronted by the manager about who said they would punch her she told the truth and said no one threatened her. I am sad that this was our first visit to this location Taco Bell because we live on the other side of town. But lying because you feel like you are being mistreated by a customer separating food in your drive thru line is not threatening to anyone. It just an inconvenience but what about the driver how can I drive and bag my own order too. It took some time to get the food bagged correctly since we had different variations of the same menu items. This will be our last time as well.

The lady who is taking the orders for drive thru is very rude, the guy who is making it was trying to help us, but this lady shut him up and is very rudely handing over the order to us. Food tastes good but the feeling we had of how she treated us is making the Taco bell's reputation go down. Be picky of who you hire Taco we will visit you again
