It's Taco Bell, so it's not very good, but it's there if you're hungry.

We went through the drive thru and they were quit rude to us. We ordered breakfast and got some burritos and when we were asking questions about the contents they started shouting at us for little to no reason. We didn’t really enjoy the food due to the fact it was dry and cold. Do not recommend coming to this Taco Bell.

I just ordered a bowl for lunch and it looked like slop. All the extra stuff (extra chicken, lettuce tomato and cheese but they didn’t put any cheese on my order) I ordered and paid for I didn’t get. I will not be patronizing this place again. I wish I would have taken a picture but I was so pd off I threw it in the garbage.

I recently visited Taco Bell on Elvis Presley Blvd during my trip to Memphis, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. From the friendly staff to the mouthwatering food, it was an exceptional experience.First and foremost, let me rave about their steak quesadilla. It was hands down the best I've ever had, not just from Taco Bell but any fast-food chain! The steak was tender, perfectly seasoned, and paired harmoniously with the melted cheese, grilled tortilla, and mouthwatering sauce. Every bite was a burst of flavor and sheer satisfaction. The service was remarkable too. The staff members were welcoming, efficient, and eager to assist with any queries or requests. Despite being busy, my order was prepared promptly, and the team made sure I had everything I needed to enjoy my meal.Overall, my visit to Taco Bell on Elvis Presley Blvd was nothing short of amazing. Their stellar steak quesadilla, combined with friendly service, made it a five-star experience.

Man at the counter could not understand him. Was told to use kiosk and didn't have a cheesy melt. Also, was informed that we would be waiting awhile to get service. We could tell their racial issues. We LEFT! Parking is a disaster. We were there around 745-8

I just came through the drive-thru and I ordered a #9 with an additional taco and I also had sour cream on my pizza. When I say I had a smile on my face as I'm enjoying it I'm literally enjoying it with a smile. The young man that placed the smile on my pizza was a guy named Chris and I enjoyed my service with the other man in the drive thru window. I love their customer service and I hope to enjoy Taco Bell Again.-Happy Customer???

There are to Taco Bells on Elvis. This is an older building, but I prefer it here because the drive-through is clean & the staff is friendly most days & professional at the least. Food is prepared good 80% of the time. The other location drive through usually has trash leading up to the window, which is utterly disgusting!

I was able to sit, work on work stuff, and eat while I was waiting to check into my hotel. Staff was super friendly with the couple hours I sat there. The food was good and hot when it was ready. The restroom was clean. (Although I would see if there is a way to degrease the woman’s bathroom floor.) Staff was continuously busy unless on their personal breaks. They asked polite questions about my service dog and I am always open to educating folks. They were very respectful as to not pet her while she was working. While there, our hotel cancelled our reservation for overbooking and I became a little stressed. The lady that caught notice of my stress asked if I was okay. Came across her again on her off time today (day after visit) while walking through the area. She recognized us and asked if we were able to get everything settled. This is what staffing and humanity is about! This team was definitely a pleasure to be around. Keep up the good work.I had a service dog with me and was initially greeted with “You can’t have that dog in here” as we were coming through the door. After stating she was a service dog, the manager was super friendly and allowed us to go about our business. Only thing I would recommend is for the staff to refresh on the two legal questions they can ask before jumping to conclusions. With as many fake service dogs there are out there, I can understand though. “Is that a service dog required due to a disability?” “What tasks is the dog trained to perform to aid with the disability?”Due to how long we were sitting there, I unvested my dog for her comfort (which is legally allowed as part of the Americans With Disabilities Act) and staff still remained respectful as to not distract her. Here she is with her cheesy roll up, which she thoroughly enjoyed after it cooled off.

I received total service when I order. The other day when I made it there. It was 7:05 AM and the hour said that they opened at 7. Ami was told I had to wait 10 minutes so I decided to sit in the drive through to allow the 10 minutes to pass but was then told I had to move so I drove all the way around the building and set where the beginning of the drive-thru starts. And waited 20 minutes just to make sure the building would be able to service me once. I pulled back up to the drive through. I was told I have to wait an additional 10 minutes once. I made them aware that I had already been waiting 20 minutes. I was talking very rudely and they reluctantly went ahead and took my order. Once I got home, I realized that my entire order was wrong. And my iced coffee was the worst I've ever had.
