I visited Taziki yesterday on my lunch break. I ordered the lamb feast, and the manager I was making his rounds came by to ask how things were going. I expressed my lamb was overcooked, so he decided to cook me another order of lamb himself. To say the least, I was very well pleased, This is what I call superb customer service. ?

This place have a good food BUT unfortunately the lemon chicken soup The container where do they give your soup for to go it's more juice than soup they are very cheap. If they continue like this the store will go bankrupt one day Because to be honest, who is going to pay so much for nothing? Never again thanks??

The food is always great but the tables, floors and bathrooms are always so sticky and dirty. I wish they had more staff to only focus on cleaning correctly after customers finish
Whoever was working tonight is wild. Because we ordered soup and a kids meal for my son. We were given a cup of sauce instead of soup and a totally different kids meal, no drink after waiting for 30 minutes in line. When trying to get the items corrected we were told they were out of everything we ordered. No refund or anything offered. Customer service here is trash just like everywhere else in this city.
