My family was having a game night and we decided to order an 50 piece wings from Crazy Coop. We ordered from them last week and the wings were very good. This weekend we did the same. Now that's two weeks paying over $350 dollars for 100 wings along with a side of fries. This time the order was wrong. The sour cream and onion was over seasoned/salty. The jerk was not a jerk taste but like tree bark. The fries were salty and overseasoned. The wings and fries looked like they were cooked in old grease. My sister called the Crazy Coop over 10x and nobody responded. She finally, got somebody on the phone and the young lady said next time light season, etc. My sister requested a refund because of how the young lady was talking in an condescending tone. My sister posted a review and the young lady said "we will only give you a refund if you take your yelp post down". What type of stuff is that? My sister wouldn't take the review down because it's an honest post. My sister's went up to the store because they said you had to go to the store to get the refund. She told them to be there at 3:30pm but the person who was supposed to be there to meet them never showed.So my sister called the police to get this situation resolved. The police came and talked to both parties telling them more or less its an civil matter. The young woman in the store tried to intimate my sister by running up behind her as she was leaving. She called some young dudes to come up there and sit in the store acting like their patrons but they were there to intimate my family. We will never purchase anything from this establishment again because the people who work there are too old to be ignorant and young dumb and full of hubris. This was ALL Over a messed up order for a 50 piece that's not worth $150+. We got to do better, because this will be the same people when their establishment isn't succeeding to say "we don't support each other" when your customer service is piss poor. They look at their customers with disdain. Like their doing you a favor by serving over priced food with no sides unless you pay for them.

I purchased 50 whole wings on March 15, 2024. My ticket came out to $168.00. Yelp I left 10 dollar tip before I realized the devastation. My family and I are highly dissatisfied. I made my complaint and no resolution was offered. I have eaten here on three other occasions and the wings and customer service were decent. The woman at the cash register excuse was our seasons are very potent and said for future reference tell us light season. After that pathetic explanation, I called back for a refund but no answer. I called over ten times and it came to this. The wings were heavily seasoned as if the container top came off and kept seasoning the chicken anyway. Season until you start sneezing in the worst way. The food was not edible. The cook or whos ever responsible should have their @SS .....Yes, they had ample amount of time to redo my order or refund me. I wouldn't recommend this business any day. This is the main reason why parents with coins say " We have food at home." My family is waiting for a response The Crazy Coop Ridgeway. Treat yourself to meals cooked at home.

I honestly feel it is over rated. the flavors are definitely they bread winner. they can't split the flavors unless you have 20 or more wings . everything is basically sold separately like rolls and carrots& they only take card

I decided to give this place a try since my fav wing place is temporarily closed due to a fire. I'm sorry, the wings are just average. I ordered the lemon pepper., too SALTY and the size of my pinky finger. Needless to say. I will wait on wing guru to reopen.

This location deserves 10 stars. From the friendly staff, who helped me throughout my ordering process. The clean and beautifully painted store front. To the tasty food . You can tell this location cares about their name and patrons. The wings were made perfectly with incredible crazy sweet hot sauce. The fries had the right amount of seasoning. The catfish was just right. And the fried pickles were good without ranch however the ranch was a great compliment. Will definitely be back

I love the Memphis-themed art on the walls and the friendly staff that engages you and really wants you to have a good time. I had the fish dinner and found it as good as any in the Mid-South, which is saying a lot for how much competition there is for catfish. The place is kept clean too! If you're hungry for wings, a vegetable plate, catfish, a just a good Southern desert, hit up the Crazy Coop Ridgeway location. You can be in and out fast in a centrally located, safe place, or you can hang around a while and watch sports on the big screen.Parking: Really good parking access with wide spots and front door spots.

Super clean, cute spot with a menu that’s got its own flair. I went in to order takeout, Kendall at the counter was helpful in answering my menu questions. I used the restroom and I think the only dirty thing in there were the soles of my shoes!I waited a few minutes for my order and then took it out to eat in the car where my dog was. Some time later I got a call - it was Kendall, calling to let me know I’d left my purse!!! He saw it hanging on the chair I’d been waiting in, figured out it was mine, found my phone number in their system and called me to come get it! Absolutely a lifesaver - I was driving cross country and wouldn’t have missed it for another hundred miles at least. Absolutely my hero, thank you Kendall for going out of your way to help me!
