I ordered the combo hibachi rice with lobster and shrimp. The lobster overcook dried out hard as brick. The rice was dry and overcooked as well. The vegetable was sitting in a cup of oil. The shrimps what's the only decent part of the meal. I took it back in talk to the manager and she stated that oh there's nothing wrong with this this is how it's supposed to be and I know better than that. She did not try to accommodate at all. I spent 30 bucks on a meal that I was told I had to eat.

No problems with the food the customer service is horrible. Purposely talk in another language and very fast, cut you off talking, and attitude sucks. I will never go back there and I've told my friends to stop going also. We are paying good money and refuse to be treated like garbage!

The steak was super tough. I asked for medium well and got chunks of well done steak hibachi. The veggies were cooked perfectly and the rice was good also. Very disappointed. 65.00 waisted.

I did take out for this establishment and I had a good experience overall. I ordered the hibachi chicken with no veggies with a side of fried rice. Let me tell you, was not disappointed. It didn’t take long to get my food when I ordered it and staff was very friendly.

I love that my food is always fresh coming from all of the locations but this one (Park Ave) always over cook my steak. I mean to the point I can’t chew it. Everything and I mean everything else here is delicious and amazing except for the steak. I can’t say whether or not I’ll return but right now I’d rather find another restaurant that will cook my steak to my liking because driving to the Kirby location is going out of my way. I do encourage everyone to try this location, this is just my recurring experience and I eat here frequently.

First visit was great!I wish they would update as soon as orders are ready. I watched my food set for about 5-10 minutes.
