Food was unreal. Seriously! But, we got there (from Dallas, TX) as they were closing. What did they do? Provided us something of everything they make!! We had a huge tray of their meats & sides and we sat right outside to try it all.What great people! They treated us like royalty and it was just what we needed after hours in the truck.I haven't been back to Memphis again, but when I do, you can mark it down that I will make my way to Tom's!

Small building, but it's more a deli style place. Had rib tips and a brisket sandwich. Tips were good, brisket sandwich is what I would come back for. Very friendly staff.

The best place in the world. The good is great but most of all the owner is absolutely amazing. He was so kind and generous. I had the best conversation I have had in a while with a restaurant owner. He has a heart and passion for people and it shows in his good and how he runs this place.

Just left Tom’s after a delicious brisket sandwich. Ran into Tom in the parking lot where he found out we were in the middle of a long drive to California. He quickly offered us some amazing burnt ends for the road. Thanks for everything!
Food was very dry, cold and lacked flavor!! The dining room was freezing cold! The portions are sub par! You have to BEG for condiments! Owner is Muslim so you are supporting the enemy! Don't go here! Spend your money elsewhere!

I was down in Memphis a few years ago on business with FedEx. When I got of work I went looking for multiple rib joints to see who had the best. When I got to Tom's Barbecue, game was over. Great service, ribs were on point. Nice smoke flavor , very tender and portion size was very fulfilling. We took photos in the lobby. Not sure if you remember me but whenever I'm in Memphis, I'm comming through. Love you guys

Worst 60 bucks I spent on food. I ordered barbecue half chicken, it tastes more like baked chicken with barbecue sauce on top. The beef nachos taste like boiled meat with cheap store bought cheese flavor sauce.On top of that ,the cheese sauce was cold.The brisket sandwich was flavorless no seasoning just sauce. The mac and cheese taste like runny pasta. The baked beans were cold.The people were nice and friendly. Just wanted the food to match.
