I went through the drive through today it was also my first time there. They were really nice. My iced coffee was great and the blueberry muffin was not only huge but also really delicious. I would go here again. Get a blueberry

The recipes are not followed. I order the same drink and somehow it taste different every time I order. Also I actually enjoy tipping for service, but I do not agree with being asked if I'm going to tip. Very unprofessional

Picked up an Americano Friday morning. Pretty good and stout coffee. Service was great! I had a gift card so the server had to help me. I need to get accustomed to the self-service kiosk. I don't hate it but it's not one of my favorite things. I like talking to people to order coffee. The place is nice to grab coffee and sit to relax as they have indoor and outdoor seating. There are not that many tables but enough for a small amount of people. I go grab coffee when I am around the area in East Memphis. Will return. I do enjoy their whole bean coffees as Butter Moon and Saving Grace are my favorite flavors.

This little gem has such good customer service and the Cafe Con Leche, extra hot, is absolutely delicious. The attitudes from all the employees are upbeat and friendly every time we visit. My husband loves the Mexican coffee drink and it is perfect every time [unlike Starbucks as you know]. You never have to worry about them running out of relevant ingredients! Keep on truckin' Ramblin' Joe's Coffee!
what a fun spot! Super yummy and strong coffee and the shop is so cute with several little areas to tuck away in. they were slammed while we were there and the coffee is GOOD. Only reason for a loss of star is no gf pastry or treat (other than boring packaged granola bars) would have loved a treat with my coffee!

I really, really love this coffee shop. I guickly quit Starbies after my first visit because it's THAT GOOD. I'm also supporting a local business which is always a plus! I do agree that lately, there have been way longer wait times, and the staff is always super apologetic. More frequently, they've also closed abruptly due to technical issues, staff, or whatever reason. I used to look forward to collecting my reward points by ordering thru the app, but I don't trust it anymore... I hope this is just a temporary growing pain or something, because I really love this place and just wanna see them thrive. Strong 4 stars for my years of loyalty for this place.
