Every time I come here they try to tell me the lobby is closed even though the door is unlocked and I have a mobile order. They made me go out and get in line when it was raining and I’m on a motorcycle. Great customer service

Do not place an order on the app for here or the Poplar Germantown location on the mobile app. The Kirby location took my money through the app and had no record of the order. It's Friday and I can't talk with customer service until Monday. Hopefully someone comes in tomorrow that can fix the situation and refund my money.I used the app for the Poplar location and they had the order, albeit inaccurate. It was not slightly inaccurate. We were dramatically missing food, the burgers were incorrect, they did not providestraws or condiments, and they over did it with the ketchup on the burgers, which is disgusting.Throw the entire location away.

Didn't even get any food there, sat in the drive-thru line 5 mins noone answered the speaker I kept hearing noise saying hello noone said anything. Drove around to the window explained to the young lady she said it works Mam drive back around very rudely blinking those spider lashes. I told her that was stupid as he'll then drive off. If you don't want to work in customer service don't get a job there. No reason I should have sat back there 5 mins eith no response and they had one vehicle.Never will I stop there again.Wish I could have did a review with 0. Just ridiculous.

I went thru the drive thru & the order i got wasnt what i ordered. I was very glad i noticed it before leaving the parking lot. I got back in drive thru line & i got what i ordered but my burger was very greasy, way to greasy! I felt nauseous all afternoon as i felt like i had a mouth full of grease between 2 buns!!! Yuck!!!

So we usually come in the morning and daytime, never really have a problem and if I do it is addressed kindly and promptly. Today was a whole disaster with first getting hot juice for my grandson cheeseburger kids meal that all they had and could not give me a cup of ice. Next we are handed our food and instead of a cheeseburger I am given nuggets the girl at the windows takes my bag and let's the supervisor there know while she yells hum what's the problem the problem is I order a cheeseburger because he won't eat nuggets. The girl hands me the bag back and says one sec I wait get m cheeseburger and go. For the love of my sanity when we sat down to eat our fries tasted stall and old our burgers just thrown together and our drinks where flat. Never again will I go to this store forget it.
