Customer service needs some major help. I stood waiting for someone to wait on me for 12mins. Then girl says Order. ORDER REALLY.I CAN SEE 8 people working. Not one smile not one hello.. people touching hair and face and touching food.If you don't like dealing with people. Don't be in customer service.

The tables, floor, and chairs were dirty, and a customer had to handsantizer to clean table, and the chair. I saw an employee place the lids for the drinks on her chest. It had one clean table.

Crippling Depression

I spoke to the store manager because I was charged twice and didn’t receive a one of my combos. She said to come back for a refund the next day. I did? around 12pm was told “she just left”. Okay im not upset at that I understand. I’m writing this because when I did catch her after three days, she was rude and very dismissive. She even told me to make sure I get the receipt and I could’ve avoided all this. I thought if a restaurant didn’t hand it to you with your change/card, they’d put it in the bag. I guess they do things, very differently at this Wendy’s.

Prince Hive

I went in for a combo and immediately when I walked in I hear the manager going off on the employees. I mean screaming at a teenager. She had a nasty attitude when taking my order. I finally get it and tried to eat in the car. My BURGER WAS UNDERCOOKED. I go back to get another and she snatched the back and took 15 min for a new one. The assistant manager was nasty as well. They seriously need some new help

We were disappointed that burger wasn't cooked fresh. We only live 1 mile away. When we got home, it was obvious that the burger was past its prime. However, the classic chicken was in better condition. Buyers beware don't go after 8pm, the food is better between 11am and 130pm.

I'm not sure if the young people pulling orders can read,even computer monitors. I was the only customer in the place,no cars in the drive thru. I ordered the Daves single combo,easy order,I get to my destination and I was given a spicy chicken sandwhich combo. Like I said earlier, you are reading from the pos monitors and I was the only customer in the place. I chose not to burn gas driving back. SMH.

The food was cold & horrible. The drive-thru order taker was slurring & hard to understand. Had to repeat my order 3 times & they still got it wrong. The smell of weed was so bad that it consumed the inside of my car while at the drive-thru window. Will never visit the Whitten location ever again.

Lol I’m not surprised this has such low reviews because every time I go they act rude and unhappy I’m done going here for food I’ll go to another Wendy’s.

There were two cars ahead of me when I pulled in. One already at the window. One at the speaker. 10 minutes passed before I even got to the window. Was then instructed to put my car in reverse and back behind the pole at the second window (pictured). Another 5 minutes passed before I got my food. The food was at least fresh. Spent a total of 20 minutes in line for a 10 piece nugget and fry.
