Drive thru didn't cut it today. Good customer service but burgers not too great...French fries mediocre. Cokes were excellent !

This place is trash avoid avoid avoid I have been in the drive thru for 30 min along with at least 8 other cars ,kids work here I'm from Texas and this ain't whataburger ,so sad and they clearly dont care

I love Whataburger but today's experience was not good. It took 45 minutes at the drive thru for a melted shake and a cold burger and fries. Very disappointing.

Went to get some food for me my friend and my dog. Ordered a patty melt for myself, an avo bacon burger with no tomatoes for my friend, and a plain unseasoned patty for my dog. My patty melt only had 1 patty (I think it’s supposed to be 2), was almost entirely raw and borderline uncooked, and looked like it had been smashed together by a hydraulic press. My friends burger had loads of tomatoes even though he asked for none and was undercooked as well. Funnily enough, my dogs food was more edible and cooked than our food. Will not be going back.

Most of the local Whataburgers are having staffing problems. This location had quick service and the food was very good
Waited over 20 minutes for a take out order!! Inside. At the counter. Manager, (Eddie), said he was sorry. Said they got a big order. I ordered before the " big order". It was a family of 6.? What happens when a school bus shows up? I guess the drive thru and big orders are more important. The fries were cold too.
