Got just about my entire order wrong. Didn't put the brownie in there, then told me they were out and couldn't refund me. Forgot the carrots entirely. Half of the wings were supposed to be classic, but they did all boneless. When I told them that part they told me they couldn't do anything about that, i was like what do you mean???? I’m upset I had to give them one star honestly.I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Wingstop, and it all comes down to poor leadership. The entire operation seemed chaotic, and it was evident that the staff lacked direction and motivation.Firstly, upon entering, there was no clear queue or system for ordering. y’all seriously need to close that place back down. This is a mockery of the WingStop company name.
