Was walking by & decided to stop. The staff was extremely friendly & welcoming from the second I walked in the door. The food was delicious. Next time I’m in Memphis, I’ll definitely stop here again!!!!!Parking: Free parking in the garage across the street.

I never ever write reviews but I felt it was my civic duty to let people know how awful the food is at this establishment before they spend over $140 on a terrible meal. We should have read the reviews before taking our out of town friends to eat here. The waitress and staff were very nice and cordial but the food was absolutely awful. We had 4 adults and 3 kids in our party and no one enjoyed their food. The brisket was served cold and flavorless, everything was overcooked (brisket, biscuits, Mac n cheese), the “kettle chips” were lays ruffles, the smoked queso was served lukewarm, I never received my second glass of wine but was charged for it (luckily we caught the charge before we paid the check and out sweet waitress graciously fixed it for us), I could continue but you get the picture. I should’ve taken the empty restaurant at lunchtime on a Saturday as a “Red Flag” but wanted to give it a try because I’ve heard wonderful reviews about the Collierville location and was extremely disappointed. Worst $140 meal we have ever had in Memphis.

This place was absolutely amazing! We wanted brisket for lunch and decided to dine at this establishment, the best decision made! The food was absolutely amazing, and the customer service was top tier! When visiting Memphis, this will be our go-to for brisket. St.Louis has good brisket , however, we were truly satisfied with our food. Thank you

The food was great and the server (waitress) was very friendly. As a matter of fact, I'm glad we didn't miss it because we were just about to enter the Crosstown Concourse when I noticed this restaurant. I'm glad I did because it was very, very good.

Meh...This was a Sunday evening. The place was almost completely still. I think there were 4 people working, the server and hostess were holding it down though. The brisket sliders were dry the nachos and cheese were o.k., and the sausage and cheese plate was real good. The issue with the sliders is possibly because they're served on a biscuit. As the poet Sir Mixalot once said " I don't want none unless you got buns hun". Why not find a good bun or roll of some sort like dem Hawaiian junts. The atmosphere is what I'd call cold, hard, metallic, and concrete. Not inviting and fun in my opinion. The addition of chains dangling from the ceiling and a blacksmith striking an anvil would complete the aesthetic they are reaching for. If you're in crosstown and are thinking about it, go ahead. If not in the area then meh.

The Old Fashioned is the first drink you learn to make as a bartender. It's not difficult but each component is important, all the way to the garnish. Squeeze the orange peel to release the oils and then rim the glass. The aroma is part of the drink. With that said...The first bartender was friendly and made a good old fashioned. The second bartender was ascerbic. She didn't acknowledge my presence and focused only on my friend, asking him if he wanted another beer while his was half full, meanwhile my drink was completely empty and she ignored me. (He noticed it and said something to me about it so it's not my imagination.)She cut up all of the oranges including the one Bartender A was using for the peel. What makes the drink great is the orange peel and without it, you have sweet whiskey on ice. I asked Bartender A make me another and it was just like the first one. The guy two seats down looked sad because she was making him an "old fashioned" or should I say a sweet whiskey. The brisket nachos were good as well as the sausage and cheese plate.

Didn't eat here. Only stopped for a beer while walking the art and music in the building. Super friendly and quick.
