I could have easily given this place 5 stars if the food was hot and the staff friendly. The appetizer came out hot and delicious but our entrées were barely warm. The food was seasoned really good and would have been delicious if it was hot.

People were really nice and food came out relatively quick. Food was well cooked, I got the beef sliders with goat cheese and it was amazing. I highly recommend this place, amazing food, good people, good service, everything.
We recently ate at the restaurant. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. My husband had a New York Strip steak and said it was great. Cooked perfectly. I had the Cajun chicken pasta and it was amazing. We had a great experience. We are so fortunate to have this great restaurant in town!!

When we heard this restaurant was coming last year, we were so stoked about it. It is a sister restaurant to Coyote Blues in Jackson, Tennessee. Upon trying Coyote Grill on three different occasions, the consensus is that it is like food bought at Sam’s Club, warmed up, and then served. The portions are not very big, and it just leaves a lot to be desired. The service has always been excellent, and I can’t say enough about the quality of employees there. Food just not as good as we hoped for. If they could add half of the menu items from Coyote Blues, with maybe a little chips and salsa, it would go a long way toward helping this place stay in business.

I travel all of North America, and eat at some very nice, high-end places with clients regularly. I visited Coyote Bar & Grill last night, and it is a hidden gem in Milan, TN. The ambiance has somewhat of a speakeasy feel, the food is high level without being unaffordable, and the staff (from the GM to the line cooks) we're all attentive to our experience and satisfaction. Our waitress Hannah took amazing care of our table of 10, and we wanted for nothing. Highly, highly recommend.
