They have not had ice cream or milkshakes in months. It's the most frustrating thing. The McDonald's the next town over always has them. The service is always slow. Their drive thru is more like a parking lot but going in isn't any better cause you have to wait just as long if not longer

EVERY TIME I go to this McDonalds my food is cold. It's awful. I bought a big mac and the hamburger meat was black around the edges and cold. Spent $8.00 and threw it away. DO NOT WASTE UR MONEY AT THIS MCDONALDS.

Every time I go here they leave something out of the bag I ordered. People who clock in here (hard to call them workers with no more work that’s going on) get mad when you ask for what you ordered or the rest of the order. You have to tell them you’re welcome because customer curiosity is obsolete and a thank you for your business would be too much like work. Bathrooms look like something from jumangi and the food is terrible.

Can’t ever get an iced mocha right! Last 3 times I’ve ordered it’s either had caramel and all three times no whipped cream and chocolate drizzle and never the correct lid on cup. I get it 5 times a week at Medina and it’s always perfect.

Stopped late ...lady who was taking orders didn't sound very happy...almost depressed. And at window received same reception...maybe a bad night. Definitely didn't send me any good mojo...storefront was clean. Food standard for franchise.
