I'd never been to a Hardee's before about a week or two ago. I've been here twice and IT IS A CRIME TO HAVE SUCH GOOD FOOD. This beats any other fastfood in the area by a longshot. You don't sit at the drive thru for an hour, they're quick and your food comes out FRESH! Not McDonald's "fresh" where your bun crumbles or the patty is flat, burned, or burger king where it's too much. This is THE perfect fast food burger place.Phenomenal job Hardee's. If I had the money to hand out tips to every employee back there, I'd do it in a heartbeat.

I purchased and country ham biscuit and the biscuit was so hard I could barely chew it and the ham was so thin I couldn't taste it. Just a suggestion: Prepare the biscuits fresh and put a little more ham on the sandwich. The one I received was not worth $4.

My meal was $12.17, I have the teller $20.27 and I got $8.08 in change, when I said I gave her a twenty, a quarter and 2 pennies, she said she didn't get the pennies, even though it was a bit unstable due to three coins, so she tried to get her manager, but he wasn't available. Don't the cashiers get training in basic math?

If I'm near a Hardee's, I have to get their breakfast! Anything on the menu is good, but I chose the country ham biscuit. I enjoyed it so much that I came back before I left town to get another! Always recommend!

The door is very heavy so you have to pull hard. The staff was friendly but took a minute to get my cinnamon rolls. I noticed the cinnamon rolls have gotten smaller and thinner. I brought 2 so I could share but ate both.I was disappointed that they no longer carried the smoked sausage biscuit.Vegetarian options: There are no vegetarian items that I noticed.

I ordered the 2/$5 breakfast special (sausage &egg biscuit and french toast sticks). The French toast sticks were old,dry, and barely warm-borderline cold. I circled back around and informed the cashier at the window, she was polite and told me they'd drop new French toast sticks and that I'd have to wait 4-5 minutes. I waited and a nice gentleman brought out the "new" sticks. They were in fact hot, BUT they were still hard and dry. I had two children in the vehicle heading to a doctor's appointment, so I couldn't wait any longer for round 3. I called and asked for the manager. THIS is where the problem came in. I informed her of what had occured and my unsatisfaction with the food. She told me that they had a cook time of 2.5 min and was very nonchalant and rude. I asked her if they had a cook time of 2.5 min, then why was I asked to pull forward and wait 4-5 min... which I did. Her response was "well idk, unless you want us to reduce the temperature from 350, there's nothing I can do". My thing is this, I order these often, and I don't usually complain about food, BUT BOTH TIMES my sticks were hard and dry. I know from previous orders that they're not usually like that. The manager's attitude was so off-putting that I will NEVER spend another dime at this location. A simple apology and offer to rectify the situation would have been appropriate. Especially since I waited for them to correct the problem the first time. I never asked for anything free, but rather that they properly cook my food. At this point, if you can't serve edible food and give decent customer service...then why are you even open?! I see why they're never busy I hope they go out of business. Kudos to the polite cashier and young man that brought my "corrected" order out... because their manager ain't worth two nickels.
