Ordered medium-well, the sirloin tips were a perfect balance of tenderness and flavor, paired flawlessly with sautéed onions and mushrooms.Even the pickiest eaters will be delighted – my wife, who typically avoids tomatoes and mushrooms, couldn't resist the Big Steak Omelet and devoured every bite!The service was impeccable, thanks to our server, Madeline F., who was not only attentive but also added to the overall dining experience.We will definitely be coming back!!!!

Server with long blonde hair was amazing, he was so nice to my daughter and I, The Cowboy Burger was awesome!! And my daughter loved the "baby" pancakes...the bathroom was spotless as well even smelled nice

I deliver for Uber & every single time I've ever come in here to pick up an order. I'm waiting a good 15-20 mins. The hostess, on every osscasion I've come to the IHOP in Millington disappears. Most of the time they might have 3-4 tables with people sitting down. There never super busy. So why are they still so slow.....

The manager went above and beyond to make sure our food was hot and prepared. It was delicious and the staff was friendly and efficient.
I did a door dash. Asked to pick up the food by 11:54. I got there around 11:50. I gave the name for the order. She said okay... And went and seated someone else. 5 min later another waitress asked if I needed help i said someone was helping me but could you check this name for me? She said that the original waitress will help me. "She took the name?" I said yes... All she said was "okay..." And walked away. It was 12:15 before the 2nd waitress came back and finally had pitty on me. She took the name and got the food around the corner like it's been ready this WHOLE time!Instead of complaining to ihop for taking so long the customer chooses to NOT tip me at all. This order with door dash was not worth the $3.50 i got... I will not take an order from ihop in Covington at all ever again...

This Ihop is under new management with the district manager working there. There is such a change in atmosphere, so clean, and other patrons were there. We spoke with District Manager who was so friendly and a military vet! The food was so delicious, the hostess was very good, and service was amazing! The bathroom even had toilet seat paper covers filled and smelled so fresh! It was all around a wonderful experience! What a difference it was since we went last year. I recommend this to anyone wanting a delicious meal!!
