I eat breakfast at this location and order thru drive thru. 5 times out 7 it's messed up. I always get the special breakfast. Some simple things like a fork or spoon after even asking for them and not getting them. Rarely I get a napkin. Try eating runny grits with a fork or nothing at all. Today I changed my order so it wouldn't get messed up. Waiting on my order she fixes my drink, watching her, she ran regular coke when i ordered diet coke. She corrected my drink after i asked if she was trying to kill me being a diabetic. After having to pull up to recieve my food. Finally came out. I drove to my destination and it was wrong. I had to leave to get my order corrected waited in line for 7 mins while other food getting cold. I've talked to manager twice and still getting messed up. It's always this one employee that does it and laugh about it. I'll take my 300 plus dollars a month somewhere else and tell everyone what a joke this place is. I work at a place with over 250 people in it and I will be sure to tell everyone how bad this place is

I am over Jack's. Time and time again we come back mostly because options in Millington are limited AND my daughter loves their bacon BUT EVERY SINGLE TIME something is wrong. Every. Single. Time. Today we ordered 2 sides of bacon, a #1 chicken biscuit with a Dr. Pepper, and a side of gravy. Get our food and headed to our next destination...should have known better, but I didn't check the bag. We were missing our hashbrowns, which is what the side of gravy was purchased for. The gravy bowl had gravy ALL over the outside of it which in turn was all over the inside of the bag and the items inside. I am not exaggerating when I say every time we go, it is ALWAYS something. They can't get simple orders right, and God forbid you go when there are more than 3 orders working at a time...just be prepared to wait. Jack's management reached out to my husband regarding a different but similar incident, BUT absolutely NOTHING has changed. Fix it, Jack's.

We had an off site work meeting here today. I had the sausage breakfast wrap combo with coffee.Really good food and it was a pretty good place to have a quick meeting.

We ordered three boneless BBQ Wing meals. They said they would make it fresh and we waited 25 minutes to receive our food and came to us cold. Reported to the managers attention we gave him half of the order back me and my husband's my son ate his that was artistic cold. The manager got back 12 Boneless wings and only gave us back six pieces. If me and my husband gave him. Back 6 bone wings a piece that makes 12. Then on top of that the fries were overcooked.

They don't have white gravy for the after 4pm chicken dinner shown with white gravy on the chicken and mashed potatoes. I ordered online and then they wouldn't refund me for the food i ordered so I ? went online to complain and the lady from that location called to tell me I still can't get a refund.
