I don’t normally do reviews but this took the CAKE! Placed order at 3:28 and said food would be ready for pick up at 3:52-3:57. Got to store at 3:58 and was not approached at the front counter until 4:05. Finally, someone asked if I was there to place an order or pick up, which I stated, “pick up”. Gave them my name and said that they were waiting on breadsticks. No issue there so I waited and waited and waited. During the waiting process there was no sense of urgency for in store customers(Witnessed many customers come in and leave due to non-service in the front counter). The prioritization was on drive-thru, where I witnessed them give my food away twice to drive thru customers. I was asked around 4:25 if I was there to place an order or pick up. I gave them the same response and they came back saying now they are waiting on the pepperoni puffs to complete my order. The lack of general awareness for in store customers is apparent. I requested a refund due to the fact that my food was sitting in a non-warm area and would likely be cold. Recommend saving you the wait time and go somewhere else where in store customers are valued just as much as drive thru. If I could give “0” Stars I would. Being busy is not an excuse as you are considered a “Fasts Food Chain”. Some serious metrics need to utilized to balance out supply vs demand.

I was waiting in the front and overhead the lady at the front freaking out at customers: receit says Roberts but I don't think it is unless this place is going by last names.There has to be something going on in her life to treat and disrespect customers that are trying to buy more food and belittling customers when their food was obviously burned.This shows lack of care for the food being prepared if your willing to send food out that is OBVIOUSLY BURNED. If they are willing to do this; makes me think what else they are willing to do that would cut corners.I will not spend my money in this establishment and not will not be buying from Little Caesar Pizza since this is tolerated in this establishment because staff did not intervene nor addressed her horrible attitude.I left because it felt hostile and unsafe.

Made a huge mistake eating at this place, but since new staff thought I would give them another try and it’s close to home. A while back my family got food poisoning from this location, so after that we always went to the Raleigh location. We where getting food from another restaurant in MIllington and my son wanted little Caesar pizza and wings so I gave them another try and my son end up getting food poisoning again from this place and can’t go to school.YALL NEED TO HIRE CLEANER PEOPLE TO COOK FOOD FOR THE PUBLIC

Mike was so nice to my family and I! We ordered food right before closing around 10:35 and he gifted us with a free stuffed crust cheese pizza. I appreciate him fr because he didn’t have to do that. His service was on point as well! Thanks again Mike!

The people who handle the dough don’t wash hands or wear gloves they’ll use the bathroom and then go right to handling dough, one time they let a bug on a piece of dough and put it in the freezer, also nats fly everywhere it’s disgusting, the kitchen smells like decay where they wash dishes, also they don’t use dish soap or any kind of sanitation before washing dishes, they just use hot water and a filthy rag, also the cooks touch the food bare handed as well, they always fire the good workers but keep the god awful ones DO NOT EAT HERE UNLESS U DONT CARE ABOUT UR HEALTH I used to work at this nasty place I’m telling u the whole truth
