Got to the drive thru at 10pm waited patiently and didn’t get spoken to until 10:35pm with a girl saying “hold a moment”. So I respected that, and continued to wait. It was finally at 10:48pm that the girl finally came back over the intercom and asked if she could take our order and I heard a dog barking in the background. I am just upset that my fast food was not at all fast, and curious why there was a dog in the facility but doors weren’t open to the public to use the facility??? Do better.

Y’all rock! I mistakenly went to Dominos pizza a few blocks down from you all, and waited IN LINE for 45 minutes to be told to call back in 20 minutes…as I sit in their drive thru hah. You had triple the cars in your drive thru and still got me out more quickly! Go McDonald’s!

IF and only if it wasn't for the beautifully delicious shamrock shakes on this visit that I shared with the love of my life I would give that visit a negative score because the service was absolutely horrible. While we and others were waiting in the drive thru for it seemed like forever approximately 30 minutes or more to get served and I'm deeply disappointed in that. So I hope you are improving this, as well as the friendly service of your staff. Please and Thank You in advance McDonald's in Millington, TN. And for those other McDonald's in my surrounding area I'm a little displeased because it doesn't take a college degree to run a shake machine so fix that and I won't have to go so far to get my favorite of all time the Shamrock Shake ?

The past two days these people have been SO rude, i get home today to find a SPIDER yes a SPIDER in the bottom of my cup. As someone who is pregnant this couldve been even more dangerous. Thankfully they suck & didnt give me a straw so i didnt reach the bottom of the cup before i realized. Absolutely disgusting establishment.
No one was wearing a hair net, no one had their pants pulled up, we waited 30 minutes after we ordered on the mobile kiosk, and it was not that busy. The kiosk did not print a receipt so we could not leave a review. After going up there to see what the hold up was they put our food in the bag instead of on a tray. None of the tables are wiped down. Fries were burnt and grease was all over fries containers

I come to McDonald's in Atoka ordered on kiosk. Then I'm told no shake....mach8ne is down..get a refund for my shak but the amount rounded up they kept for donation....so no shake .....and the company gets donation...Millington kiosk is roo confusing about the burritos ?..one or two. One or two hashbrowns..I don't know they answer...so I got one small burrito and a hashbrown two teas for 11.00. I'm still hungry...

The staff here is horrible! Loud, obnoxious and disrespectful. One employee let the bathroom and my wife saw her leave without washing their hands. Then came to try and serve us. No She didn’t. Manager tried to talk staff in the lobby about improving but got pushback in front of customers.Bad scene. Be aware.
