Super friendly staff!!! One of the more inviting atmospheres I have been in at a Starbucks. I love their seasonal treats, especially Peppermint mocha coffee and the Cranberry Bliss bar!!!!! All of the staff here worked well together and seemed they wanted to do a good job and please the customer. Don't see this in many stores today! Impressive. I appreciate that if I don't like my coffee they will remake it to my liking at no charge!
First time visiting Millington location, and immediately greeted at the door. I love the atmosphere and every lady working smiling really made my day.I ordered a peppermint mocha and pumpkin spice loaf, which came out quickly.I appreciate quality customer service and a friendly environment.

Awful experience. Ordered online and pulled up to speaker, employee said he couldn't hear me and stated he did not have my online order. ? I ordered and paid and tipped 1 dollar. Only for him to go on to tell that he's hard of hearing? I said well maybe someone else should wear the headset that can hear? He pulled his mask ? down to tell me we are inclusive? Then the manager came, I had to ask her for a refund because neither would give me the coffee and pup cup? Never again !...read full review
