The place is fine. The manager is the absolute worst manager I have ever seen. She mocked people who were there to order lunch. She has absolutely no concept of customer service. Her attitude is the worst. I realize you have a hard time hiring people but you need to get her out of your store. Realize , all I did was order a sandwich and this is what I observed. I am a regular please remove her.Parking: Plenty of parking and the food is good but the manager is the worst

Service was poor, saw an employee take some sort of pills while they were standing near the counter, the meatballs were cold in the middle, and an employee approached me in the parking lot to lecture me on etiquette because of some trash I threw

Poorest customer service experience ever. I visit this location at least twice a week. I bought some cookies bit into one while still at the register. Realizing they were over baked I requested an exchange for two of them. The two black employees a male and a female refused to exchange them for me. An argument followed and the police were called. They refused to allow me to speak with the manager or owner. I eventually got the owners number and gave him a call. I left him a voice male. Its been 3 days and he has not returned my call. Those employees are obviously a reflection of the management and ownership. If you care about the quality of your food and customer service avoid this place at all cost. Thanks

Young AA male workers ng today at 1245 is the the worst. Disrespectful, attitude, n thinks he tough saying he runs the show lol calm down little hommie. He jokes inappropriately and is upset because those of us in line just want out food and go. He's gota go. Multiple people walked out after his rude and disrespectful comments. N if you reading this yes I'm the guy that asked for tune. U scare no one u continue with your sandwich making ventures. God bless ya.

*This place is kind of a hidden gem. ;) *It is attached to the Shell station on the corner of Hwy 51, across from the DG. Makes for an easy & quick, last-minute healthy option!!Very friendly guy & gal working here, extremely attentive which helps to seal the deal when selecting options. I do not return anywhere without reasonable customer service. It is quiet & quaint so eat there or home.Thankful they've stayed open for the entirety of the gas station's existence thus far. Hoping we can all continue to support our local businesses!!

Went by to eat at this subway location was helped by two very rude servers ! The subs were cold and apparently you can not play anything on your phone because it too loud for them very grumpy ! Don't not recommend this place at all go to Lenny's !!!!

I give a 4 for food because they always out at this location of mostly alot of common things like salt and pepper.But I get good service. Most of the time it's only 1 person fixing sandwiches so the wait is longer than I would like for a sandwich. Its just the convenience of the location. But if they're going to keep being out of things. I'm going to start going to the next location.

The woman was in a bad mood, they treated me very badly for being Hispanic, I asked for more spinach and she literally put only one leaf.
Everything was absolutely terrible about my visit today. The woman was very rude, I was not greeted, she argued with me, left items off my sub and had an issue adding them on, had a problem with me telling her to please dont touch everything in the store with same gloves she makes my food. I paid $17 for a very skinny little meat "Monster" sub. She also lied to me about the cookies that come with the combo and gave me what she thought I deserved unless I wanted to pay more. Terrible service, terrible atmosphere, terrible customer relations, terrible attitude.
