First attempt to try the new store I sat in line for 25 plus minutes with two cars in front of me at 430 in the afternoon, had to leave. Tried it again today...1pmcst in a saturday and the drink order was wrong, the food #6 and #1 were the worse state of any wendys I can recall. The chicken looked like they got frozen patties at kroger, burger was cold and overcooked. A coworker was in front of me she asked for a potatoe ...they didnt have it or the dressing she was asking for...? Wtf sadly millington just cant get it right the older store was GREAT every time I went! Try at your own risk

The customer service was absolutely awful! The girl was very rude and clearly didn't want to be there. My order was not correct nor did she put sauce in my bag like she told me when I asked for some.

Poorly managed. I went to try their breakfast at 8:30am on a Thursday. Sat in the drive thru line for 20 minutes. They had no eggs. McDonalds one block down the street did though.

Absolutely the worst service, rude cashier, then very rude person at the pick up window. Should have known not to go back after first visit. It was awful as well.

Literally didn’t give me a receipt for my order. Also gave me an order that had stuff I asked not to be on there and upon further inspection ended up not having a lot of things that should have been on my order. Overall they were just horrible.

Seemed like mostly younger people working when we went. Super friendly and respectful. My order was customized, which they got most of it correct.
Burgers are over-cooked or burnt. Bacon is over-cooked or burnt. Bread us never fresh and usually stale. Fries are cold or have no taste. Lady at drive thru was listening to music and texting, paying no attention to the customers. Baked potato tasted like it was sitting out for hours. Employee taking orders answered the drive thru with: "what-choo want." Bad food. Bad service. I would not recommend this trash hole location.

The parking lot was scary. People were just parked in the middle of the lot not in parking spot then passangers jumping out running up to people they know in the drive thru line. Food was good though!
