Having to pull into a parking spot for your food is ridiculous. I went through the drive-thru expecting fast service. This location is across the street from a TOP tier company, Chick-Fil-A. This is why I regret my decision in choosing Zaxbys, waiting for food beyond 10 minutes is horrible. Yal need to take notes from your neighbors, Chick-Fil-A. Not to mention that there were 3 other cars waiting for their food as well.

I must say we just picked up 2 zalads and they are skimpy. The menu says Big Zalads. We will return but give the people what they pay for. Now I just realized there is no sauce for the egg rolls.

If an item is cook to order and someone orders it via drive-thru don’t wait until after they pay to tell them that. Allowing people that are in a hurry the option to not wait would be a much better experience.

I decided to try the new Asian salad. It came with a vegetable egg roll.I have to say the salad was good. But the bowl it came in was only filled half way and the roll was over-cooked. For 12 dollars and some change, they could have filled the bowl.

Orders a chicken club sandwitch combo. Asked for medium hot sauce. The dot they called sauce didn't bring much value to the meal. A very large disappointment to have such little care to make the sandwich properly. The upside the chicken was delicious and moist. Frys were also well spices. Overall a good option just make sure you ask for extra sauce.
