Never do yall have anything! Only keeping stock of regular pretzels, knowing that the other types of pretzels are so popular. Tell everyone there is none of anything other than plain pretzels and that itll take a while to make more of whatever. But you don’t want anyone to order anything other than what’s in the warmer because you’ll just turn around and tell whoever is ordering “sorry we’re out, we just noticed”. Make what you say you’re out of before you’re out and quit being lazy about it. Good food. Poor service. Do better.

The managers and people working are very unprofessional. I had coupons to use from a previous mishap with a mobile order that was not done at the designated time that it was supposed to be picked up then I had to wait 15 minutes extra to get that product I filled out a review Got coupons in the mail to use for the inconvenience of last visit. Tried to use the coupon today and the manager rudely denied it and said they didn’t take it said what do you mean you don’t take it it has your name on it and it came from your company , she said we don’t take it go on I said excuse me your company sent these for the mishap that happened last time I said, but that’s fine. I guess I can fill out another bad review she then continued to threaten me in front of multiple customers. Very unprofessional and if she can do that to one person how many others is she doing it to you can’t refuse service to a customer that is a paying customer that your company has sent things to because they were mistreated the last time they got something from them , auntie Anne’s really needs to do better at hiring more professional people that actually know how to interact with the public and handle escalated issues today I give them a zero . They were very rude .

Numerous times going to this location, they've not had just regular pretzels available. During those times the staff was not even encouraging about when there may be some.You do pretzels. Have pretzels. If it was one or twice, I wouldn't fuss... but it's more often than not. The one thing I look forward to at the mall is a pretzel and cheese sauce.

What we were doing to show to get a pretzel got it. They were out of the bights that I wanted. And the pretzel was harder to rock and ice cold ground. Didn't have changing or George. Give me and our attitude sucked. I will never go to one of these pretzel places again. It was terrible, bad experience. And for the money, it was not worth it.

Pretzels from here taste great, but it's difficult to get service here. You can walk up to the counter and wait and the employees just ignore you. They definitely don't like making more pretzels when they are sold out. Even if you are willing to wait, they will refuse to make any. The pretzels are definitely over priced, but good. Too bad I can't usually get service here.
Rude employee, didn't understand how to ring up a meal. Was supposed to be $8 something for a meal which is pretzels, drink, dip. She rung the pretzel and drink up separately and then tried to charge me $12 and wouldn't even give me the dip.

The boss is laid up with a girl. Name Tiffany Marshall.. She nasty she caught something from her ex that she has got into trouble with then she bonds him out if you have sleep with her you need to go get tested The boss is nasty two he sleep with anything
