I give this place 3 stars because the coffee was actually really good. However, the only person behind the counter acted like they wanted to be anywhere but there. He answered my questions but lacked customer service. I ordered a medium (10 oz) hot drink with alternative milk, an extra espresso shot, and only 3 (rather than 5) pumps of syrup. It was over $9! While it tasted amazing, it was NOT $9+ worth. Furthermore, the guy flipped the screen around and stated, "It's going to ask you a few questions." No, he was asking for a tip and that's the programmed way to say it. First, I don't tip before my service is provided. Second, I don't tip for coffee, especially one that's terribly overpriced. He didn't act like he wanted to be there and came back to the screen 3x while making my coffee to see if I had tipped, yet. Apparently, it times out. Oh well. I'm not letting you see that I didn't tip for a customarily non-tippable service as you're making my drink. It's rude. I would have gotten my drink earlier had he not continued to walk back to check the screen. He repeated the "ask a few questions" phrase the first time he came back. I heard you the first time. You want to beg for an undeserved tip? Have the guts to actually say that's what you want. I won't be back for overpriced coffee and bad service with tip-beggars here. I will drive elsewhere or go without.

We wanted to grab a drink as we waited for a movie to start. I ordered a pumpkin latte; it was okay, but I could barely taste any pumpkin at all. My husband just wanted a cup of coffee, but apparently they don't serve just regular coffee? The lady was frothing his coffee? Huh? My husband asked if they had any cream and splenda ... she looked as if she didn't know what he was asking for. It just seemed very odd to us. His "coffee" tasted burnt and old. The lady and gentleman there were very nice, but we probably won't be visiting again.

By far Brew Crew has the best coffee, and the best service. Brew Crew will always have my support, there staff are the nicest people and have the customers best interest in mind. Love you brew crew!! Out of all the coffee shops that pop up in Morristown Brew Krew is easily my number one. Their customer service is definitely top tier and they listen to their customers. Their environment and atmosphere is definitely the friendliest environment I’ve been with. They are super kind and overall just amazing people. Their coffee is definitely top quality as well. Been here a fair few times since I moved to Morristown and it's genuinely my favorite coffee spot in town! The baristas are very kind and they make your order to near perfection, today I was actually curious about a drink and wanted to try something new so one of the baristas, Lex I believe (Apologies if you see this and I got your name wrong my memory is horrible) recommended one of their favorites and it was great!But yeah, can't recommend the place enough!

I was not impressed. Coffee was lukewarm and asked for a fresh cup of coffee. Employee made more and it was too strong to drink and had coffee grounds in it. She was not knowledgeable on how to handle the situation and had to make a phone call to the manager. I ended up getting a refund which she acted like was an inconvenience. I will not buy from this store again.
