Was incredibly disappointed in the food quality. Moved here three years ago and had been wanting to try it so I went today. The person taking orders was overwhelmed and caused her to be rude while taking the order. I understand this so I let that slide. However once I received my food, I realized my chicken tenders were very under done ( a bit pink and a bit slimy still inside) so I could not eat them. I think they were in a hurry and just did not leave them in long enough. That's not ok with chicken. The cheese curds and the onion rings were good but they also forgot my fries. Poor organization, team work and communication was probably to blame and unfortunately that problem got passed to me. They did give my dog a pup cup so there's that I guess. Probably would not return if you paid me though.

The food and frozen custard are excellent, however the service is lacking. I waited in line almost 30 minutes, repeated my order four times, and upon asking him to repeat it back to me it was still wrong. Finally getting up to the window to pay, I asked why the total was so high, he repeated my order back to me it was still wrong. I had to wait at the window another almost 10 minutes, he told me they're getting your order now. When he handed me our cups with the frozen custard, it was all over the outside. I had to get a napkin and wipe down the outside myself. I'm sure the five cars behind me weren't very happy either.
