I eat here all the time, always good customer service. Even new staff I haven't seen before are so friendly. I have a loved one in the hospital and was struggling to place my order and the lady was so patient with me. I got home and pulled my food out to find a couple caring notes inside along with a pie that said thank you for your kindness. It isn't even about the free pie it's about amazing customer service! I will be taking that pie to the hospital tomorrow for my mother. Thank you Hardee's and thank you Alisha!
I am on the phone with my friend when she goes through the drive thru to order from Carrie at Hardee’s. Carrie was so nice saying ‘“hang on a second baby doll.” She comes back and says we only have 7 can you wait a few minutes for fresh ones? Of course…love some fresh chicken tenders! The point of the review is Carrie even made me on the phone states away in a good mood with her order taking. Baby doll is so nice that it makes you feel special, loved and cared for. Carrie even blessed my friend when she got her order. Customer service 5 stars and the tenders were hot, crispy and delicious! Keep making people smile Carrie! ❤️✌️
