Zach was our server.Was a very honest server.He made some Very Good recommendations!I had the country fried chicken, with cream corn on his recommendation. VERY GOOD!The service was Great.He was always near if we needed anything, it was there.Only get in this area once in a while, Will be back !

We arrived at 11:00 on a Sunday am and were seated immediately.Party of ten and the service was great! We mostly ordered burgers and they must have been cooked the day before and warmed up. Completely dried out with absolutely no flavor.I sent Corp a nice email and they didn't even respond.We will not be back..
Fried green tomatoes were exceptional. We were very happy that they were very amenable to some changes on their menu for the hamburger steak so we had our meal exactly as we wanted. It was our first visit, but it will not be our last. I want to try some of their other menu options.

Me and my wife had been to the location in Sevierville but this was our first trip to the Morristown location. We were pleased that this location is just like Sevierville in quality, service and atmosphere. It is located next to a No Way Jose's but unfortunately it's no longer open. That was disappointing because we love the location in Gatlinburg TN. The same company owns both franchises so we are hopeful at some point it reopens. Definitely worth the 45 min drive from our location. We will most definitely return again.Parking: Gets busy on weekends so try to arrive early.

I know I only gave it 4 stars... Let me explain. The atmosphere is clean, but a little dark so it's cozy. Take the time to look at the old pictures on the walls. The staff was amazing. The food is good but not consistent. 1 day it's great the next day it's ok. So I dinged them a star. This is a great place to go for a lunch meeting, but not Grandma's birthday. Went for our 19th anniversary. Ordered nachos... delicious...I got the 1/2 rack of ribs with chicken breast. My husband got the teriyaki ribeye with fries. My chicken and ribs were overcooked and dry...the ribeye was absolutely raw(ordered medium rare) had to send it back but still rare. Took most of our meal home and after soaking the chicken and ribs in oj all night used for a bbcue pizza. Regrilled the steak but found lots of grissle tho good teriyaki flavor. For a $60 dinner before tip... extremely disappointed. But our service was excellent!Probably will not be returning ?
