With high hopes, I was completely let down. The veggie sushi we ordered, because we are vegan, turned out to be their salad mix with a touch of seaweed and avocado. They were huge, loosely wrapped and fell apart when we tried to pick them up with our hands.....no chopsticks were provided. The veggie tempura was actually good but looked more like a California mixed vegtables than Japanese. They didn't have the ginger dressing for the salads, instead they offered shrimp sauce or ranch.....The meal was just OK...veggie habachi with both noodles and fried rice. Again, California mixed veggies.Soup was broth only and extremely salty, just tasted it and left the rest.Dirty silverware, dirty tables and an apathetic waitress rounded off this only trip.

I usually enjoy this place, but i tried to order thru grubhub, wait over an hour seeing that i have a driver assigned and everything for them to suddenly cancel my order! Then the site says they're closed when they still have an hour and a half left that they're open. If you didn't want to make the food then refund the order or deny the request when I first place it, don't make me wait over an hour to then cancel....i could have ordered from somewhere else.

I was surprised by this place. It does not look like much from the outside but decided to give it a try. Service was great and food was good. They give huge portion sizes. Only knocking a star due to overall appearance. But that is not why you go eat at a restaurant.

The food was awesome and the staff was super friendly. The noodles are fantastic. My kids loved it. I definitely recommend it.

We are from Knoxville looking for a Japanese restaurant that cooks in front of you. We found this one and went in it was dead no one in there. Then we go to table to sit down it’s sticky from the night before, rice all over tables, grill looks gross didn’t even take our drink order but bring soup we got up and left very disappointed

Walk in 50 minutes after they open. Sit down and ordered drinks from the server. Server comes back 2 minutes later and we place a sushi order. Server says no sushi for 30 more minutes. I feel the server should have openly said that they don't served sushi for an hour and a half after opening and not waste our or his time.

It takes a lot for me to give somebody one star as I usually can find one thing I liked. However not one thing that we ate was good. The soup was basically hot water the sauces on the sushi were too thick and added so much it was soup. The Crab Rangoon was made fm some cracker dough not wanton and the inside, what little that was in it, was mostly cream cheese. They didn't say anything when we put most of our food in a to go box because it was awful. We took it for our pigs and chickens. I hate to waste food. We love sushi and have had it all over the US and some countries. This was the worst we have ever had.

My guess is that the people reviewing here have not had authentic sushi. This place was the worst. The waitress smelled rank. The beer was poured Into a styrofoam cup and the food was drenched in what tasted like thousand island dressing. If I could give a negative star I would alas that is not an option. We will never go back.

It was a Sunday after church in Morristown, so restaurants usually are pretty busy. I wish i could leave 0 stars... We walked in, only one other family there. The windows were covered in hand prints and honestly, there were boogers on them as well. Paint coming off the walls. The fish tank was so smeared and nasty that you could barely see through the glass. We received a “salad” before ordering. It was obviously from a bag, small, and covered in ranch to compensate. The soup we were given smelled awful and tasted terrible too. Our waitresses feet were sticking to the floor... definitely not cleaned properly. She also didn’t even know what vegetables come with any of their hibachi meals. Yikes. It was so nasty and gross inside that we couldn’t even stay to try the food. Don’t even bother walking in this place. I wish i had taken pictures to prove it!!
