Ordered a sack full of Krystal today 10 March 24. Ended up throwing them away was still frozen. Went across the street to the Asian place. Haven't eaten Krystals in a long time. The cheese wasn't even melted. I wished I took photos before getting rid of them.

It's a burger joint! The help was friendly enough, but don't expect too much. The food was good and fresh, so there were no complaints. You don't go there for the atmosphere you go because you like their food.
The food was good and the workers where very nice had to wait for around 8 minutes because a large order came right before I did but it was not bad at all over all it was good ?

I ordered corn dogs and got home 10 miles away and I opened the boxes to find 8 mini hot dogs. I wouldn't recommend Krystal to anybody

A lot of Crack heads seem to b working at this location.
First it should be said that the cashier was just wonderful. I know I was risky to go for a breakfast here but they offered a low card option. Well it made me quite ill. And WTF is with them charging more money for using a debit card? The food maybe bad enough to be a gas station but charging more for not using cash is just bad business.

We eat their today big surprise. Krystal has step up to the plate. Love their new fries. Everything was so good. Burger King and McDonald's look out. People Krystal has moved to the top no salty burgers, Just real tasty food.
Krystal is so hit and miss in morristown, sometimes it's fresh and good which is why it didn't get 1 star but other times you get cold bread and meat, so much so that when they put the cheese on it it doesn't even melt. My expectation going to krystal EVERY TIME is to get a steaming krystal with the bread and meat hot. You don't get that every time here and when you don't it really impacts the taste. They should strive to have a "fresh every time" mantra for their customers instead of cooking ahead and then if it's slow then a customer gets meat or bread that has been sitting for 20 minutes

I found Krystals while visiting Morristown. Been years since I had a Krystal, had to buy 12. Prices sure have gone up, but good comfort food. The place and people were nice.

Krystal is so hit and miss in morristown, sometimes it's fresh and good which is why it didn't get 1 star but other times you get cold bread and meat, so much so that when they put the cheese on it it doesn't even melt.
