The service was slow due to the fact only ONE girl was serving. All the rest were talking, laughing in the back. The food was great, and filling. There was no ice in the sofa machine, the garbage was overflowing, so we couldn't empty our tray. The trays were stacked up with garbage on them on top of the garbage cans. I will order online the next time.
It's fast food Asian. Good for what they do. Nothing special.

Whenever I come there is no food and they treat people badly but there is no soft drink they run out and they never put it there is no food the plates are empty the manager gets angry when they tell him there is no food they are not professionalParking: They give bad service in this establishment, they never come, there is food on the plates and they get angry when you say very bad service and they have come many times and it is always the same

Open with no food cooked or ready. Stood there 10 minutes before being told it would be 20-40 minutes for food to be ready. It was 10:10am when I walked in and nothing was ready or being cooked. They were only bringing boxes out to start to cook

I ordered beef and broccoli and it should've been called broccoli and broccoli had three tiny pieces of beef in the bowl like I mean small tiny bite size pieces so I paid almost 10 dollars for Rice and broccoli what a waste of time and money and it was my first time eating there ,so dissappointed
Morristown location after opening week has gone downhill. Apparently, the owners are not engaged in day to day operations, don't read reviews, aren't holding managers accountable or staff. Panda Express corporate should expect higher standards and more reliable service, food quality and food availability. MANAGERS & OWNERS read the Google and Yelp reviews and make serious corrections and preventative measures to assure best customer experience.

Panda exspress needs to get it together I pulled up at 10:49 on a Sunday to pick up a online order of a egg roll one egg roll and they tell me it’s going to be at least 30 to 40 mins on 1 egg roll . That there short staffed . They r always short staffed people r walking out as we speak !!!! It don’t take 40 mins to cook an egg roll even if u have to heat up the deep fryers !!!! They are also very rude ! This place needs to get it together!!!!
