Italian food in the south is like trying to get crab cakes and seafood in Utah. I accept that I got what I deserved and blame myself. This is what Italian food passes in the south. Way overpriced for such poor food and service..Parking: Ample parkingWheelchair accessibility: Standard compliance.

I have always loved the food. I really hope u don't close for good. I can't believe the place was never very busy . I think it's more the location that's the problem.

A heads up to customers they just failed a health inspection, had live cockroaches, medication, and expired food. Absolutely disgusting ?

I have been here several times and it just keeps getting worse. What started out as amazing has led to outright embarrassing. They have the absolute best Stromboli's. Everytime I come here, I order an x-large so I can keep enjoying it for later. However the last few times I've been; I can tell the consistent lack of customers is leading to budget issues and just over all weird things. The second to last time I ate here, the atmosphere outside the restaurant just felt like I was in a rough part of town and may run into trouble. Keep in mind that this was in the peak of summer at 1pm on a Sunday in broad daylight on what i calm the new and better side of Morristown. I was saying goodbye to the buddy that ate with my family and I, and there was a small child on the side loading door playing with a mobility/broken leg mobility scooter. Whitch further adds to the trashy-ness seen behind the restaurant itself. I know the state of sourrinnding properties can't be helped but it makes you realize that the parking lot is always unkempt, never mowed, and always empty. It is void of all customers at all hours of the day everytime I drive by. We laughed this scooter incident off but the last time I came here, I realized that I was a moron for attemting giving this place a second chance to redem itself. It was after church and I invited some out of town church friends to eat with us; who happen to have a side passion finding and dining at delicious hole in the wall restaurants. We'll this place has really turned into a smoking, roach infested crater. The toilet in the bathroom had a water level so high that it was like trying to potty into a bird bath. Your gonna get wet no matter what. There were no napkins in the napkin holders but they were left on the table just to showcase table numbers in an always empty establishment. At that point does it really matter what table we are seated at? It's not super hard to find the customer at all. Especially with only one server working. The music playing dint match the vibe of the place at all and it was a bit hard to have a conversation over. The service was so sothe pasta wasnt cooked all the way. Something about the drinks seemed off. The water didnt seem to be filtered and i could smell the chemicals reeking off it from across the table. The wings weren't tossed in sauce at all, rather it was a pitiful drizzle of sauce. None of the food ordered had enough sauce and any extra sauce requested was very watered down. We asked for parmesam cheese and were told the other customers had "THE" only parmesan cheese shaker. Your kidding me right. What Italian restaurant on planet earth only has "A" parmesam shaker. We didn't make a fuss at all but I think that the other guests were also so shocked and horrified by overhearing this, that they graciously brought the singular shaker to our table on their way out and then proceeded to quietly pay for our meal. We were a party of 6, so it wasn't cheap. I wish I could have thanked them, that really ment a lot to me and helped fielded the embarrassment of trying to bring friends to a once awsome place to eat and only falling flat on my face. That whole experience has now become an inside joke. I apologized many times to my friends but they laughed it off and said no big deal, it's not my fault. I now get constant updates on the down fall of this restaurant from the same friends. The lastest update came including a health department score in the 60's and a discovery of roaches. I guess that extra crunch I enjoyed wasn't brunt crunch after all. My friend's son said it best, they should have bull dozed thos establishment with the schetchy hotel once located behind it.

Only giving a "1" because negative numbers are not an option. Not sure this really even a restaurant.

Not a single patron was in the restaurant when we got there, so I was a bit worried. But the service and the food were excellent! Definitely recommend! Pleasantly surprised.

NJ is the pizza capital. Moving here from NJ I can say this is the best pizza in the area. We had a XL cheese pizza and the steak calzone. The Calzone was very good. Only recommendation is that they heat the cup of marinara.

Wherever do I begin? Let's start with atmosphere. You walk into the lobby of a dilapidated building with a blaring TV playing music at head level. There are napkin dispensers on the table just for looks. There are no salt and pepper shakers on the tables and when we asked for them we were handed some that were 3/4 the way empty. We asked for Parmesan cheese. We were told the only other party currently "had the cheese" and [the waitress] could bring us some in a cup.As she disappeared one of the people from the only other party brought the parmesan cheese over and gave it to us. Unbeknownst to us at the time they also paid for our meal. That was very kind of the other visiting party to do that. There must be something wrong with the plumbing as the water line on the toilet was "high" as if it were clogged but it flushed fine and returned to a high level. There were fruit flies or gnats flying around our table while we ate. The food was just subpar. I ordered a calzone. A medium one that's is like a 10-12" crust folded... it was served with an ice cold watery 2oz ramekin of "marinara."My son ordered the wings sauced. They weren't "tossed" they were drizzled or whatever their method is but the wings weren't remotely covered with sauce. The waitress seemed kind of disconnected from the job. I'll not project why or that something was "going on." Everyone has an off day. She was nice. But two tables seemed to be her capacity for waiting tables and that was a struggle. This location should have been leveled with the motel. Rebuild and take pride in your business. These menus with scribbled out price changes are unprofessional and such a lazy look.I can't recommend this place in this location with this current service.

2nd visit here. First time was wonderful and we really enjoyed our meal. Service was great and had already planned to come back.Second time was a huge disappointment, starting with getting inside. My mother was in a wheelchair and we had difficulty in going through the doors. A bit of help would have been nice, but the one person we saw just stood there by the register watching. The rest of the visit went downhill from there. The food was great until dessert which was given in a plastic container as though we were in a drive-thru. After dropping the ticket off, we sat waiting for our server to come back only to finally go to the register where I was informed that the server did not pick up payment at the table. She could take our money at the register, which she did, but did not bother to inform us about that while we were at the table. Nor did she offer to help open the doors on the way out.Needless to say, but we won't be back. We drove about 30 miles to get there because we were impressed with both food and service the first time. My 92 year old mother and I can find plenty of other good, and closer, places to dine.

The food was not authentic Italian food.. I was very disappointed. The bruschetta was limp mushy pieces of pizza crust with melted cheese tomatoes and spinach with a side of marinara. The kids got the Philly cheese steak, they were huge but the bread was tough, not crunchy they definitely used microwave to heat it up way too expensive for that bad of food. The poor girl was working alone to serve everyone. We ordered our food and received our food almost 2 hrs later. It was very loud there, little kids were running around everywhere and the families weren't even watching them it was a horrible experience..never going back. $80 for food that should be 10 bucks. Although we had only cut a tiny piece off to try the subs we still were not given a refund. Me and my family left hungry and disappointed.
