Food was good, gumbo, blackened shrimp excellent. Jambalaya was lacking. Brisket was ok. Side salad good. Waitress doesn't take your payment. Pay at register. Huge drawback, be prepared to pay 3.99 % on top of dining bill if paying with cc or debit card. Plus the fee is taxed. Pay with cash if going to that restaurant. I have been wanting to try this place for a while now, and was pleasantly surprised. The atmosphere was awesome. The waitress, although not extremely friendly was efficient and provided good service. The food was great and and although some things were more "authentic" than others it's a great little place for a Cajun fix it.

Honestly one of the best restaurants I’ve ever eaten. It’s truly good food, not processed items, even the sauces are made fresh. Definitely worth taking a stop to.We had Holly Beach Pulled Pork and Pulled Pork and Mardi Gras Po Boy’s and the Cajun fries are amazing!
