We waited 10 minutes behind a car at the drive thru. When we got to the window, we were told to pull to the other side. We waited 10 more minutes and then I had to go in and get my order. The burgers were cold and the salad toppings were missing from the order. Not even an attempt at an apology. I don't recommend this restaurant.

If I could give this place 0 ⭐ I would in a heartbeat, The employees at this Wendy's are all completely "RUDE", I stopped there this morning at the drive thru around 6:15am and no one took my order waited over 5 mins before I called the store to see if there open bc no one was taking my order, I stopped there yesterday morning just to have my bag thrown out the drive thru window, the girl didn't say sorry or anything just standing there watching, I will not be going back to the Wendy's on Erica Greene Dr in Morristown!!!!!!!!!!

Just ordered delivery from around 20 minutes away and it got here in about 30. Absolutely amazing service just now from my driver Leif and I was super impressed!!!! If y’all ever see this and see him in this Wendy’s picking up any orders please thank him for me!! He did an amazing job!

Drove through. I ordered a double meat with all in, added cheese and bacon. When I git back to my place, I found that they give a burger with only bacon and cheese, no lettuce to tomato, no pickles.... very disappointing!

Does a district manager ever check on this place?!? Horrible! Never has my order been right...never. We live close and are always hoping it will improve, but even the simple things are wrong, every single time. I'm done wasting money on this joint, done. This Wendy's gets no stars from me.

Never again will I eat at this Wendy's. They didn't listen when taking my order. Wouldn't cut up the chicken for my salad. Ordered a strawberry lemonade and barely got any strawberry flavor. I was completely disappointed with my service

This Wendy’s has the worst customer service ever. The woman (dark hair, glasses, nose rings) working the drive thru was so horrible to me for no reason. Several other people have told me she’s always like that, I think it’s rude. Like girl don’t even go to work if you’re gonna act like. You’re a grown woman just act polite and decent it’s not that hard.
