Employees on their phones not checking in with people when their orders are sitting there waiting for pick up. Terrible customer service. 2/3/2024 8:00pm get off your phone and do your job. Socialize on your own time. Don’t be rude to people when they ask for their order that has been sitting on the counter for 15 mins.
