This is a good one. Service is spot on and friendly. A lot of foreign speaking diners were there - as I was literally one of the only Americans in that night. Various Mexican/South American dialects...No problem, just strange as this is in Mt Juliet TN - not a border town. I was alone on biz trip, and fully enjoyed my time here.

I ordered at 445 left at 538 that wasn't even a problem until I have 3 meals all of them are cold fries chicken is hard tough and just NASTY PAId $70 ! Never will we order from this place

Ordered boneless wings on a birthday reward. Waitreea brought them out and said be careful that they were hot. Were actually cold. Had problems using reward points fir the meal that waitress was finally able to get corrected. Not real busy, but wait staff was slow.

Just had the worst experience yet at BWW. I put an online order in for my husband to pick up on his way home from work. He sat there for 30 minutes after the original pickup time waiting on the food to be ready. When he finally got home we discovered they left out two orders of fries. My daughter’s cheeseburger still had the paper divider attached to the cheese, melted into the burger. I discovered this after she had already eaten half of it! Then my husband found a hair in his ranch cup. I am so grossed out and disgusted! I doubt we will risk eating here again.

I guess I’m just not a fan of Buffalo Wild Wings. There was so little meat on the bone in wings I was left wanting, and so much breading on the boneless wings (ick). Hardly better than buying from the frozen section at the grocery store and for the two of us to have wings and a drink each it was about $80 with the 20% tip.
There was dirt or specks of something in our water cups. Also didn’t have ice. Thankfully saw it before drinking. This is absolutely disgusting, never had something like this occur. Never going back, didn’t pay for dirty water.

Hair in my sampler nachos. The manager was apologetic but not too empathic, just monotone about it. I did get my meal compt. .This was at lunch, so the place was not super busy.

Every time I do an online order, it’s never ready when I get there at the time they tell me it will be ready. Today I had to wait 26 min after the time they gave me to pick it up. They should at least have a tv at the Togo area so we can watch something while we wait since it happens every time.Food was barely warm. I understand it will cool off on the way home. But it’s almost cold when I get here. We get to go food from other places often and everywhere else can keep their food warm. Makes me wonder how warm it actually was when it was brought out to me. Wings and fries both. Fries were actually cold and stiff, like they were left over. My son said his wings and fries were cold. He said if he wild have know it was going to be cold, he would have rather had Jason’s Deli like the rest of the family had. Wings were kinda dry, like BWW is known for. I’m pretty sure I’m done going here. The food cost too much for it to be cold and not very good.
